We had a wonderful stay at this property while helping our daughter move into her dorm at Texas Tech. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience stress-free during a very busy and emotional weekend for our family. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay while getting our daughter settled in Lubbock. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again on future visits to Texas Tech.

Great everything; location, cleanliness, beds, communication, easy checkout, etc.! Even accommodating to allowing an early check-in so we could get ready for a friend’s wedding. The garage is small so my pickup couldn’t fit, but other than that it was a pleasurable stay. We’d definitely love to be welcome back again when in Lubbock.
