Enjoy the luxury and privacy of this third floor condo affording a panoramic view of 7 mile beach from Georgetown to North West Point. Situated on the quieter northern end of spectacular 7 Mile Beach. Snorkel or swim in the tranquil clear waters of the Caribbean right on your doorstep. Cool off in the fresh water oceanfront swimming pool or relax in the adjoining hot tub, before retiring to a lounger under one of the numerous thatched huts or beach umbrellas. If you are feeling energetic maybe a couple of games of tennis would appeal to you. Wind down your day sipping cocktails on the beach or screened condo terrace, marveling at the indescribably beautiful Cayman sunsets. There is nothing to beat dining on the condo terrace with the view of the lights twinkling along the length of 7 Mile Beach.

The condo is decorated in a sophisticated tropical beach style with original art works. The living/dining area has a HD flat screen TV, with cable, music centre with radio, compact disc player, I Pod dock and DVD player, with an assortment of DVDs, CDs, books and games. To stay connected the condo has free Wi-Fi and Broadband service. Local calls are free and calls to Canada and the USA can be made free of charge in the office during office hours.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, with a generous supply of glassware, crockery and cutlery.

Both bedrooms have HD flat screen televisions, alarm clock radios, and new en-suite bathrooms with hair dryers. The main bedroom has a King and the second bedroom has two single beds convertible to a King, as well as a balcony.

Whirlpool washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are in the condo and housekeeping service is provided daily except on Sundays and Public holidays.

The on-site management and staff go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and can advise you with all your restaurant, sporting and tourist arrangements.

A well stocked Fosters supermarket is situated less than a mile away. Restaurants of all levels and cuisines are within a short drive.

Discovery Point Club 41 has everything to make for a truly memorable holiday.

5) The primary guest agrees that Discovery Point Club management and employees will not be held responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period.
6) The primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Discovery Point Club rental unit, Discovery Point Club Strata Plan 81, Discovery Point Club property manager, and all Discovery Point Club employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herself or any other person(s) occupying or visiting the Discovery Point Club rental unit and/or the grounds of Discovery Point Club resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s) inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc., howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of Discovery Point Club.
7) Discovery Point Club is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Beautiful view from the porch area. Kitchen is well stocked w dishes and location is close to grocery. The staff were always helpful calling a cab, helping w bus info and answering any question we had. Ann in the office and Diane and other staff were kind. Easy and relaxing, a low-key stay on Seven Mile Beach. Beautiful view of beach and sunset from top floor of 3-story building. Not overcrowded, even at Christmas time. Plenty of chairs and loungers on the beach. Tennis and pickleball on site, and easy drive to activities and restaurants. Apartment was well-stocked and everything worked. Good WiFi. Would stay here again.

Amazing Time!

We had an amazing stay at Discovery Point! The views were spectacular and sunset was amazing. The condo was perfectly suitable for our family of four and had everything that we needed. The management office was very helpful with organizing taxis, restaurant reservations and tours. Avis gave great suggestions for what to do in the area. The grocery store was a short 10 minute walk, but many may find renting a car more convenient. Overall, great experience - we'll be back!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the screened patio and the beautiful view. We really enjoyed the fabulous sunsets. The pool was refreshing and never crowded. The beach was very nice and we always had chairs. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. The check in process was easy. The ladies in the office are very nice. A big shoutout to Diane from housekeeping who took great care of us and the condo. Can’t wait to come back!

All the staff supporting this property were lovely and helpful. The unit, pool, and beachfront areas were very well maintained. There were nice unexpected "extras", like being able to borrow a high chair and the Wednesday night beach cookout was a special treat! We found the location to be the perfect balance for us - peace and quiet by being a little bit away from the busiest parts of Seven Mile, but still on Seven Mile. We were pleasantly surprised how convenient and easy it was to make quick drives for grocery shopping, restaurants, the Turtle Farm, and other attractions.

I would give Discovery Point a 4.5 star! We did a girlfriends trip and it was a great! Great location if you've never been to Grand Cayman. They rent paddleboards and snorkel gear on-site. Unit came with a cooler and that was a plus! A few things we learned was that Discovery Point will stock your condo with food for 25-30.00. There's also a dining app and most restaurants deliver for free! Sad to leave the friendly crew at Discovery Point!

Great condo on Seven Mile Beach

We enjoyed our very comfortable stay. The condo is well equipped and housekeeping does a great job keeping it clean. The screened balcony is a big plus. The complex updated the BBQ area since we last stayed and we really appreciated that. The only negative was that a digital safe was not fixed after several requests to the office. It would have been nice if it worked. Overall we would stay in this unit again for our next visit.

Excellent Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at DPC #41 and plan to return as soon as we can. Location was excellent and away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and the cruise ship passengers. We never had a problem getting chairs on the beach and it was very peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and spent many nights there playing family games. We had a few concerns and some miscommunication on day one but it was quickly resolved by Miss Ollie and Miss Barlow and the rest of our stay was wonderful. We even had to extend for an extra night due to storms at home and that process was smooth. Thanks to Miss Barlow and the DPC crew for a lovely stay.

Great Location; Nice Condo

This was our second visit to Grand Cayman, but our first time to Discovery Point and we will be back! The entire facility is wonderful, and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers loved the beach and pool and snorkeling from shore -- and we could watch them from the balcony. We had a rental car (from All-Star arranged by the DPC staff -- thank you!) and could easily get everywhere we wanted to go (turtle farm, grocery store, restaurants, scuba diving). The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully furnished; and the third floor location was quiet. All of our correspondence and conversation with owner, managers, housekeeping, staff and other guests was positive and pleasant. A lovely place on a lovely island!

Beach and ocean wonderful!! Could snorkel right in front of property. Wish they had a few more chairs and lounges, they were mostly saved by families first thing in morning and then barely used. Most of the time no one was sitting on them just had towels and "stuff" on them. Property was very clean and well kept. We did have a great time. We did have a few issues with washer and ice maker not working but they were taken care if. Would stay here again.

Great vacation!

Just came back from an awesome vacation at the Discovery Point Club. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Location is great, near grocery store and main area of SMB but without the crowds. Beach was beautiful with plenty of umbrellas and chairs. We snorkeled everyday right off the beach since there was so much to see. This area was a bit rocky but there is a more sandy section to the left of the pool. Some still might like to have water shoes but we didn't mind. Ann Rose and Ollie in the office were super helpful and the cleaning staff was top notch. Renting paddle boards was a breeze. The owner was fantastic to work with and booking was easy. Hope to be back someday!

Just as good second time around

We stayed at this same unit 2 years ago on our previous visit to GC. Discovery Point in general is a wonderful property on the far west end of Seven Mike Beach; away from the noise and hassles of Georgetown; with great views down the beach and a short trip to all of the best restaurants on the island. This unit in particular was perfect for us. It’s on the third floor, away from the pool noise (which is seldom an issue anyway) but a little away from the property next door. The views down the beach from the screened porch are amazing. The kitchen is small but very up to date, the living room is large as are the two bedrooms and baths. If you want night life it’s a short drive, but you are not surrounded by it when you don’t want it. If we are ever blessed to return to Grand Cayman it will be a priority to stay at DPC; and hopefully unit #41.

Why they chose this property

We originally chose to come to Grand Cayman as our son had taken a scuba diving course in the Dominican Republic and was keen to continue. We booked a condo on 7 Mile Beach and had a wonderful family holiday with our son and daughter. We fell in love with Grand Cayman and decided then we would really like to own a condo there. After two more visits we were ready to buy. We found Discovery Point Club on the website and made a booking and when we arrived were given the key to number 41. When we walked out onto the terrace we were just in awe of the breathtaking view along 7 Mile Beach and we really enjoyed the laid back holiday atmosphere of the resort. Our Real Estate Agent arrived with a list of condos to show us and unbelievably number 41 was on the list. We travelled the length of 7 Mile Beach looking at all the various condo options and kept saying none of them could touch the view from 41 DPC and that is how we came to be the present owners of our little piece of paradise.

What makes this property unique

We really appreciate the privacy our third floor terrace affords when dining or relaxing, yet still being able to have a birds eye view of the beach and pool and whatever is going on nearby. We also enjoy relaxing on the uncrowded beach and watching the magnificent sunsets, as well as taking full advantage of the wonderful snorkeling and swimming right in front of the condo. Cemetery Reef a top snorkeling spot is an easy swim or short walk away. Having family and friends located all over the world we have found Discovery Point Club to be the most wonderful place for us to have happy reunions. We also love having the great choice of nearby restaurants.
