The home was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with beach towels, laundry detergent, spices, a coffee maker, and even an ice maker at the bar. The host was fantastic—always quick to respond and very accommodating, even arranging additional cleaning services for us during our month-long stay. At this price point, I was a little surprised that weekly housekeeping wasn't included, but they were happy to provide it for an additional fee.There were just a few things future guests should know. We didn't realize the downstairs bedroom required an additional fee, and while it was disclosed, it was easy to miss. Also, if you're bringing a boat, our 26-foot boat could only access the dock at high tide, and even then it was challenging. We ended up making other arrangements for the month. Finally, the home sleeps 10–12 people but only allows three vehicles. We understand wanting to preserve the property's appearance, but with adult children coming and going for work, parking was a challenge. Thankfully, friends nearby helped with the overflow.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful, well-equipped, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. We'd definitely recommend it—just be aware of the bedroom, boat, and parking details before booking.

Beautiful home in Cudjoe!

The home is beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy a month in the Keys. We brought our boat and had access to the boat lift. Nice location for easy access to the gulf and Atlantic. The home sleeps 10 comfortably and 12 if you opt in for the lower extra bedroom. Parking can be a bit tricky because you can only have 2 vehicles and one boat trailer. (3 vehicles if you park your trailer elsewhere). Had a few minor issues at the start of the trip which were resolved quickly. Great place to stay!
