This home was perfect for my family. Plenty of room! Staying in Blue River felt like a true Colorado experience amongst the pines. And a very short drive to Breckenridge. I would recommend to anybody.

a great house in an excellent location!!!! Hosts are super responsive and easy to plan with. Comfy beds, pillows and house has everything you need. Highly recommend this for your stay in Breckenridge.

Damir and Ashley were wonderful hosts. They were responsive with any concerns and flexible when one of our kids got sick and allowed us to check out a little later than planned. Colorado wildlife was plentiful, including a fox in the front yard. We had a great family vacation at their property—the perfect distance away from downtown Breck. Thank you!

This home in Beautiful Blue River was perfect for our family while visiting with some extended family who live near by. There was more than enough space for the 4 of us and we will keep this place in mind next time if our kids want to bring some friends up with them. Love that the home is pet friendly so we could bring our pup with us. The home was clean and the kitchen very well appointed. Enjoyed our stay!

Had a great time with family staying here. Located a little out of town but easy access to the ski resort and downtown. My only criticism is that some of the furniture is on the cheaper side (plastic dining room chairs). Overall, it was a great experience.

Great Breck Getaway

Stayed here Labor Day with group of friends and teens and was excellent from start to finish. Great communication with owners and they went above and beyond to keep in touch as neeeded. Private, spacious rooms but bathrooms not in the rooms so good for a group of couples or familes. Fully stocked with dishes ,spices, towels, etc. Seamless checkin and check out- space was excellent with hangout upstairs indoors and out, s’mores fire pit outside, and game room with air hockey and darts for teens- would definitely rent again!

Great Family Getaway!

I stayed here with my wife, son, and our dog during the 4th of July week. It was such a relaxing and fulfilling trip. The house was perfect for us. We like to spread out and enjoy the amenities, which this house offered. The playroom was perfect for our son, and the fire pit was cozy for evening fires. Our dog enjoyed walking around the property and we all enjoyed some awesome hikes! If you have a big or small party, this house will definitely accommodate. Another great perk, the house is only 5-6 minutes to downtown Breck. Overall, great location and wonderful house. We will absolutely be visiting again in the future.
