The house was gorgeous! The outside pool area was so pretty and relaxing. We loved the enclosed patio area, we ate most of our lunches and dinners out there along with late night games. The week went by too fast! We would definitely come back to this house.

Excellent Stay

The house was in a perfect location, only minutes away from the beaches and down town Venice. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The rooms were also spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Frank tends to all your needs and couldn’t be more friendly. Everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy is available at his property. We spent all our time in the backyard oasis or sunroom. Grand daughter wanted to leave the beach to go back to the house more than once!

We loved staying at this property! It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities we could ask for, and was the perfect location- close to the beach and just a very short drive to restaurants and shopping! We would love to return next summer!

Excellent home! Home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and like the reviews said backyard was fantastic? All sorts of beach stuff available for you to use including chairs, umbrella's, cooler, and much more. Also bed's were very comfortable in all rooms! Check-in and out was a breeze. Frank was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this property to anyone.

The property is beautifully redone with wonderful touches. The location is very convenient to everything we enjoyed the pool and property enjoying the peace of the surroundings. The only issue we had were the beds were too soft for us but that is a personal preference. I appreciate their effort to make sure the place was thoroughly cleaned for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

We try our best to give our guest the best experience with resort like accommodations, cozy surroundings and a soft comfortable bedding with pillows. For a guest to want a more stiff bed is quite the unusual request .

Great Stay

Found this property a few days before our trip. Great location and super clean! Had everyhting we needed and was close to the beaches. Frank was quick to answer questions and a great host! Definitely recommend this place and would book again! Thanks for the hospitality Frank!
