Everything exceeded our expectations! Quiet, peaceful property with a great view from the beautiful garden patio. Perfect for morning coffee! Everything was conveniently set up and easy to find. Great space for the kids to sleep and close to Morro Bay and other Central Coast attractions. Would stay again!

This place is so comfy, cozy, and cute! The location is perfect and the view from the kitchen window is BEAUTIFUL! The only thing I would say is the couch/pullout futon bed is not very comfortable. The second smaller room only has a twin bed and neither one of my littles wanted to sleep in there alone. It was so clean and we felt right at home. Will be staying again in the future for sure!

The Perfect House

I stayed in Morrow Bay five nights and thoroughly loved this house. It is clean, organized, well stocked, and the hostess is very responsive. The house sits in a nice neighborhood with a great view of Morro Rock, and yet, it feels very private. Sara has created a lovely garden area to sit and ejoy the view with a nice cup of coffee. I loved my stay here.

Great stay

The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed dishes plus coffee. The bed was comfortable. The patio was my favorite part though. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of seating. Our hosts were quick to reply when we messaged them and yet we still had a very private nice stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Morro Bay Great Rental

The accomodation is pleasantly quaint/cute, & homey, has an amazing view of Morro Rock, was super clean and fit my group needs for our short stay. All kitchen and bath essentials were provided. The owner, Sara is thoughtful and welcoming, easily reachable and accomodating to my group. We really appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. Everyone in my group enjoyed our stay! This home has the MOST comfortable bed my husband and I have ever slept in, at a VRBO or hotel. I’m going to message the owner and ask what brand the mattress is.This is a sweet, super clean home in a sweet, super clean neighborhood full of real people. The owners and their children and chickens live in the home in the back half of the lot. The VRBO is a detached home on the front half of the lot. It has a lovely little garden with Adirondak chairs out front. In good weather you could sit there, sip a beverage, and enjoy the view of the bay and Morro Rock.It is a VERY quiet neighborhood full of seniors and younger parents and children. It’s perfect for quiet couples who want a home base for exploring Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo. A couple with one or two children - infants up to 6th graders - would be happy here too, as long as there were plenty of long outings to park or beach. It is a two-bedroom; the 2nd is small and has one twin bed. But it was wonderful for us. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, gorgeous view

This place is beautiful. The view of Morro Rock is impressive, the neighborhood is quiet, the front garden is so lovely, and the home has everything you’d need. It could sleep six comfortably if the sixth were a baby in a pack n play, but our sixth person needed to sleep on the couch. Not a big deal for our kid, but having a mat for the small bedroom floor would have been ideal. The home has one queen bed, one queen sofa bed and one twin bed. The toys in the playroom are awesome, my kids loved them. The kitchen is great- had everything we needed. The queen bed in the bedroom is so comfortable! The only thing I would have wanted differently are screens on the windows. We really wanted some fresh air, but we didn’t want to let the mosquitos in. Other than that, this place is amazing. I highly recommend it!
