This is arguably the single best location at Mt. Crested Butte. Nestled into a cozy corner just above the base lodge and right off the main slopes. It is steps away from all the action, yet right on nature's doorstep. It is fit for celebrities and has entertained many of them. This condo has been remodeled in a relaxing, beautiful style completed December 2018. Crested Butte is Colorado's last great ski town and the official wildflower capital of Colorado. If you haven't been here before, you are in for a real treat! Step inside this condo to reveal the feel of your very own home. The living room features an open design of a remodeled kitchen, dining area and a gas burning fireplace in the living room. There is a TV, BluRay player and stereo system for your enjoyment if you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous views and excitement outside the deck door. The bedrooms are all upstairs where the master bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has 2 twin beds. Enjoy the common area hot tub with the best view of the last skiers coming down the hill at the end of the day for your après ski time! An easy walk to the many shops and restaurants in the Mt Crested Butte base area or to the Town Shuttle bus stop which will take you to the Town of Crested Butte where you can find many more shops, restaurants and night life to enjoy.

Parking at the Crested Mountain Condos is strategic. There is room in the garage for 1 vehicle, typically fits a suburban without topper or rack on the back. There is also 1 spot outside in the general parking lot at the complex and is labeled with a sign that says "G1 parking only". Please note there is a rule of a maximum length of 19' (including hitch/rack) for a vehicle to park at this complex. This is to maximize parking for everyone at the Crested Mountain Complex.

The host was amazing to us. We had one minor issue due to snow and it was resolved very quickly. She even called back to make sure it was taken care of. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a family trip. The location is one of the best on the mountain and it will be our first call when we come back. We all loved it!

Amazing condo right on the main slopes

We loved our stay at the Avocondo! It's a great size, super clean and updated and we loved the porch that sits right on the main ski slopes. Well stocked with everything we needed and the mgmt company was quick to reply when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to CB.

Great location with all the amenities

This was a wonderful spot for my family and I on our ski vacation. It's ski-in/out and you can walk to the "village" of Mt. Crested Butte. The rooms were great with all the linens and towels you would need. They even provided laundry detergent so we didn't need to buy it at the store. When we cooked the place had most if not everything we needed and then some. We loved the location and the condo itself will be back for sure.

Fantastic location!!!

This condo is located in the perfect location for both winter and summer! We stayed in July and enjoyed hiking and checking out the town. Easy access to the free shuttle system to go into town. Great to hear the live music coming up from the lodge just below. Not too loud, just the right level to add to a relaxing evening. My teen boys enjoyed the hot tub and getting ice cream at the nearby store. The condo was extremely clean and had very comfortable furniture and beds. The welcome gift was out of this world! It was full of wonderful local goodies!! Thank you so much! We loved our stay!!

Excellent renovated unit

I have stayed at many places in Mt. Crested Butte and this one was by far the best. The recent renovation made all the difference. Would definitely book this in the future and the management of the unit was top notch. One small hickup checking in but was dealt with very professionally.

Perfect Condo for Family Ski Vacation

We stayed here with our 3 year old son, it was his first ski vacation and I can honestly say that this condo helped make the trip a great success!!! You really could not get a better location, the magic carpet for beginner skiers is right outside the back door. I could watch him ski from the couch and he could come and go as he pleased without having to lug ski gear across town every time. We will definitely be returning, Paige was great and so helpful and the welcome back was a nice surprise!!!

Just made it home from our second time staying in this condo for a winter ski trip. It’s the most convenient ski-in ski-out condo, even for beginner skiers. Very well stocked unit, and I would recommend to anyone, especially families. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Can’t get any closer

You look out right into the red lady lift. If instant access to the base is what you want this condo delivers. It’s clean and has some recent updates. It’s an appropriate value for the amenities. It’s well stocked, much more than other condos I’ve stayed at which is nice. The property manager is very nice and responsive. The only minor nits I would have are all the sliding windows and doors don’t have screens on them and there were no fans in the unit. It was a bit warm during our stay (July) so it would have been nice to keep the doors and windows open more at night to take advantage of the nice mountain ac without letting bugs in. Overall it was a great time and would rent again!

Great location, great condo

Unit G-1 at Crested Mtn condos worked great for our crew of kids and grandkids this year. We were there at the end of Snowmageddon and got to enjoy the sunny days that followed and the great snow. We had to shovel our way out the back due to the massive snow amounts, but the convenience to the slopes and other facilities was worth it. The ski in and out and the closeness to the lifts, tubing hill, bungee trampolines, miniature golf, play house, equipment rentals, ticket office, restaurants and town shuttle bus make this a special location. Paige and David were great to work with -- and the condo is very nice. We have skied and stayed at most of the resorts in Colorado and Crested Butte has become our favorite.
