Our beautiful cottage ranch is 2 short blocks from 3 private beaches and a short stroll to famous Ocean Park Beach, rated Top 25 Beach in U.S.
Bright open plan living room with big picture windows and dining nook. 2 bedrooms plus a study/den/with pullout sofa can be used as a 3rd br. One full bath w shower and tub, and new en-suite half bath. Peekaboo sea views from lr and den.

Fully supplied kitchen with brand new dishwasher and oven. Smart tv, free WiFi and cable. Full washer and dryer in basement. One full bath with tub and shower, one half bath ensuite in main bedroom. Relax in our beautiful private garden with back deck and grill.

Ours is a safe friendly neighborhood of beachfront mansions and historic cottages. Your stay includes free wristband passes to our private beaches.

We are close to everything— restaurants, shops, hospital, Harkness State Park, casinos, General Dynamics, Coast Guard Academy, & more.

Easy drive to Mystic — and the many wonderful beaches and towns of the CT shore.

Our dual heat/AC splitter makes this home feel comfortable year round. See sunrise and ferries at night through the large picture windows . Small pets welcome with owner’s permission. A warm artistic home in a perfect location. Maximum occupancy 4 adults or 5 w children. Long term rentals welcome at a great discount Oct-May. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A MINIMUM 7 days and MAXIMUM 15 days in season.

Just what we needed

This home was exactly as described. It was charming, clean and quiet. Quick access to the beach that wasn't crowded. Everone had plenty of room. An excellent place to come home to and unwind

Everything was perfect

The location of the cottage was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the private beaches as well as ocean beach. The cottage was spacious enough for my teens to each have their own space. The outdoor patio was lovely and added additional space. The hosts communicated well and left recommendations of area restaurants. Cottage was clean and ready for our arrival with the added touch of fresh flowers. Would definitely stay here again

We searched in Massachusetts, Maine, into Rhode Island— and stumbled across the state line into the hidden gem that is seaside Southern Connecticut. It was love at first sight.
