This was a great stay! We hosted 12 people comfortably in the home. It was a great hub to all of our activities like the Lake, Dixie Belle, and the bar scenes. The pool was a little dirty and we had to shock the hot tub when we arrived due to murky warter, but it did not affect our stay. We will definitely be back if we come back to the area.

Spring Break Getaway

While the weather didn’t cooperate putting a damper on the stay in Lake Havasu, the house itself and communication with Jamie was great. The house was very comfortable for a large group stay.

Beds were comfy and had plenty of blankets. Backyard was super fun for my teenagers that were with me. Only complaint is the elevation changes throughout the house. Glad I didn’t have any elders with me.

70th birthday getaway

The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The sunsets were amazing and Jaime was great and let us check in early since the house was ready, which was super nice and we didn’t have to waste a couple hours before check in. Really enjoyed our stay and the family wants to do this trip again!

Desert Storm

Stayed at this rental property with family and friends and it definitely exceeded our expectations. House with clean and stocked with everything you need. House is super big and accommodating for kids and adults. Had a minor issue and contacting the owner about it was a breeze. Communication was great. Would recommended and will stay here future visits.

Amazing Property for the whole family!

This is an absolutely perfect property for family trips to the Lake Havasu area! We have family local, but decided to rent this place to have a central spot for all of us to gather and hang out while attending the Delbert Days Rodeo this weekend(great time as well!), and it did not disappoint! Heated Pool, Games for all ages, and plenty of room for everyone! The backyard was great for our small kids to run around and play without getting into too much trouble. Jaime was awesome and communicated with us from start to finish, making it a 5-star stay for sure! I hope we will get to visit again soon. Thank you for everything.

A Welcome Return to an Old Vacation Place

A couple of friends and myself were looking to vacation in Lake Havasu. For some this was there first time to the lake. While most this was a return to a place we had not seen since we were children. Looking for a place we knew we wanted every available amenity to make our stay feel comfortable, spacious, and fun. After searching through many options I noticed Jamie Wiesner's place checked off all the boxes on my list. We had plenty of rooms for the 11 guests. The entertainment included many outdoor games, a pool, and comfortable couch to watch TV after spending all day golfing and on the water. This last trip was just for the boys but I would choose this location next visit out to Lake Havasu with my family.
