Our 2,950 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom end unit Elkpoint townhome (Unit 5) is one of the few true ski-in/ski-out properties at Purgatory. Just a short walk/ski to the main plaza literally steps away from the Express Six-Pack Lift. Our luxury townhome has the best views on the mountain! Comfort is abundant in every feature of this home--from radiant in-floor heat, to warm timber accents, floor to ceiling windows, an open kitchen and gas fireplaces in the great room and the master bedroom.

This condo was actually ski in ski out! The only improvement I can suggest would be a private hot tub!

Great house

We had 3 families (6 adults, 8 kids) for an annual ski trip and the house was almost perfect for us! We’ve stayed in 2 other ski in/out houses on the mountain in past years and this was definitely the best location. House was clean and ready for us a little bit early, and communication with the property manager was great. We will definitely consider renting again next year!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was an easy ski in-ski out. There was plenty of room for everyone and the place was really clean and well stocked. Prior to the trip, we had questions and they were very responsive and helpful. Purgatory is an amazing family destination.

Vacay Fun

We have stayed at this condo about 4 times now and we love it. The location is perfect and it fits our large family well. We had everything we needed . Will definitely be back again ! Great condo!!!

Purg ski n ski out

Access was easy, location and directions great. The house was clean and enjoyable to be in. They had extra blankets/humidifiers etc in every bedroom. VRC responded immediately to any issues/Enquires. The possibility of early check in would be nice as I have had this at other properties.

Why they chose this property

Our property is so warm and inviting. Being just 25 feet from the lift makes skiing so much less difficult. We chose to make it pet friendly because we hate being without our fur babies and we know that others do to! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Our property is one of, if not the best ski-in/out property on the mountain. You literally do not have to carry your skis at all.
