Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on your indoor/outdoor deck and open concept living space. Sip your favorite happy hour cocktails or coffee, enjoy cooking meals in your brand new chef's kitchen. Modern 2 bedroom with a King bed & two twin beds (or it converts into a comfy King bed), 2 full bathrooms, dedicated workspace with top of the line high-speed internet, romantic electric fireplace, two wall-mounted Smart TVs, in-unit washer/dryer, beach lounge chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for lots of beach fun! The blackout shades are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. Free parking pass is provided for easy street parking right near the back entrance to the condo. Steps to the beach, volleyball courts, bike-riding, roller skating, surfing, ocean swimming, kayaking, SUP, and sunshine. Welcome to real beach living!

Awesome Experience

Molly and Neil were great hosts. The place is very clean and you couldn’t have better access to the beach and Ocean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for beach family time.

Fabulous accommodation and host

We instantly felt at home when we arrived. Super comfortable and clean unit. Virtually everything we could need was provided for us. Easy check in and ample street parking. We loved being right on the Strand. It’s a short walk to many restaurants. Molly was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Incredible Beach Vibes, Views and Oodles of Sunshine and Awesomeness

My husband and I had the most sensational time staying on The Strand, steps from the sand at Molly and Neil’s Strandcastle. Clean, bright and cozy with beach vibes throughout, they did not miss a beat on stocking their beach house up with all the goodies needed for an exceptional beach-lover’s paradise! We rented this beachfront condo to celebrate my 55th birthday and my son's 12th birthday and let me tell you, our experience could not have been more perfect! The location is dynamite, right on a quiet part of the beach with plenty of food options, walking, biking and beach opportunities available. We actually ended up staying at the condo more than going out because it was so peaceful and beautiful to just watch the sunsets. Also, Molly is THE BEST HOST EVER! I mean that....she was amazing, communicative, friendly, and ALWAYS availabe for any questions we have (and very tolerant of our sometimes stupid questions). I cannot recommend this place more highly, and we will definitely be back. When I say that our stay was 100% perfection, I mean it. The condo was impeccably laid out, stocked with everything we needed, clean, stylish and comfortable. We could not be happier.
