About this property

Modern 2BR, 17th-Floor City Views

This bright, modern two-bedroom condo sits on the 17th floor of a newly built downtown Vancouver high-rise, with an easy, open feel and cityscape views from every room. It's a comfortable place to land, with an airy living area, a full kitchen, and room for everyone to spread out.

Cook a proper meal in the modern kitchen, gather around the dining table, and unwind in the living room as the city lights come on. Two bedrooms sleep up to four, so it works well for a family or a group, and in-suite laundry makes longer stays simple. There's a dedicated workspace for anyone getting a little work done, WiFi throughout, and a TV with Netflix for quiet nights in. Secure underground parking is included, a real bonus downtown.

The tower itself has plenty to offer: a bright, glass-walled entrance with 24/7 concierge, plus a clubhouse with a meeting room, movie theatre, games room, and a large modern gym and yoga studio.

Step outside and you're a block from Robson and Granville Street's coffee shops, restaurants, and stores, with the seawall, English Bay, and Yaletown all a short walk away. Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain is about a 9 minute walk, and the Vancouver Art Gallery, Pacific Centre, BC Place, and Rogers Arena are all within easy reach.

Whether you're here for work, a getaway, a sports weekend, or a longer stay, it's a relaxed, central home base close to everything downtown Vancouver has to offer. We'd be glad to host you.

We stayed here for a month. The location is great — just a short walk over the bridge to Kits — and the building has good amenities and lovely views, though there’s the daily 8 am construction noise.A few things to flag: check-in/out means a 15-minute walk to pick up and drop off keys. The flat wasn’t properly clean when we arrived — some pots and pans in the cupboards were dirty, and the bedding and towels were pretty worn. We ended up washing the pillows and duvets ourselves due to yellow stains and a greasy smell. The host kindly arranged for a follow-up cleaning but sadly it didn't help much (e.g the pots in the cupboard stayed dirty). The place is a bit tired overall (missing light shades/bulbs, some wobbly furniture, constant ventilation noise), and there’s a “no short-term rentals / VRBO not allowed” sign at the entrance. The kitchen is very well stocked, which is very handy, though it leaves little room for your own things. The main issue for us was the blackout blind in the bedroom shown in the listing photos — it stayed fully closed the whole month. A handyman couldn’t fix it as the system needs replacing, so we couldn’t use that room to enjoy the view. We also reshuffled plans for a couple of building visits (one never turned up), and communication, while polite, could be slow with long gaps after “I’ll check.”Overall, it’s a great spot and a handy base for Kits and Downtown, but a few issues made the stay more complicated than we’d hoped.
