NEW Enchanting Mohican Getaway w/ Poker&Pool Table

Tucked into the hillside surrounded by nature, the Lookout at Mohican provides a place to escape the noise of normal life and enjoy stunning views and breathtaking twilight nights. While creating lasting memories with your family/friends at the 3 bed 2 bath cottage, you'll enjoy the spacious lower level w/ a poker & pool table as well as free wifi and 83" smart tv. If you're feeling adventurous, explore the 2+ acres of woods. Numerous local attractions are situated 5-15 minutes from the cottage.

The space
Inside The Lookout, there are two levels. The upper level has an open entertaining space with two large sliding doors, giving access to the beautiful outdoor deck and endless nature views. The main living area has a Pottery Barn pull-out sleeper sofa and two leather recliner chairs as well as a smart tv for the rainy days. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up delicious meals and we provide complimentary coffee. Located next to the kitchen, is the dining table that sits 4 and the kitchen island can accommodate 2 guests. There is ample additional seating outside and downstairs.

On the upper level, you will find the 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 2 full bathrooms. The luxurious cottage comfortably sleeps 6 guests:

Between the entertainment space and bedrooms, there are stairs to the lower level that has the following amenities:

• Access to front porch seating area

As for the mesmerizing outdoor beauty, enjoy the expansive outdoor deck that is located off of the main living area. 2 large sliding doors open up to the deck. You will find 2 patio tables that comfortably accommodate 6 guests as well as a fire pit to make perfect s'mores. When you want that grill smell and a satisfied stomach, fire up the weber grill! Additionally, after a long day hiking, biking, skiing, etc., relax and admire the spectacular stars.

There is ample free parking to accommodate 6 guests and we offer unlimited free wifi.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except the owners closet that is attached to the laundry room and the garage that is located near the front of the property because they are used for storage. Everything else is open for you to explore!

The driveway is gravel, so during the winter months, we recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle for the harsher weather.
Other things to note
Dogs stay for free! We allow one dog to stay on the property. If you have more than one reach out to us to discuss. We understand how our fur babies are a part of the family!

If you're looking to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, please bring your own firewood. There are multiple places in the area where you can purchase it, one place is just couple houses down from us.

Please note that this property is not designed for wheelchair access. You must use stairs to access the upper level and the stairs are a little steeper than typical steps.

For the safety, security, and convenience of all guests, this property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.

Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM.

Please note: If we receive a call from neighbors or police for any of the below reasons, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately.
