Looking for an updated condo in great proximity to everything you will need? This is it…in Carterville! Recently updated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Pet friendly! Wether you are traveling for work, family coming to visit or just want a little trip away! 15 minutes between SIU and Marion. Carterville is a little town with a great antique store, a bakery, ice-cream shop and pizza parlor!

As premier hosts with Vrbo we take into consideration everything you will need while staying at our condo. Both bedrooms have queen beds. A full bath and fully stocked kitchen. This may be a new listing, but we are not new to the vacation rentals! We have two cottages on the wine trail in Southern Illinois.

If you are coming down to explore, crab orchard is minutes away. Great for boating and fishing! Also hunting in season. More into the wineries? Walkers bluff, Honker Hill and Monte Alegre Vineyard are close by.

The hosts were so accommodating to us as we had a usual situation which required a stay at Magnolia Inn. Magnolia Inn was beautiful and maintained well. The only surprise was that the Inn was not a standalone residence, but rather a house that had been subdivided between 2 retail spaces and Magnolia Inn. The retail spaces did not affect the stay at all, but was a surprise. I would stay there again without hesitation!

Property was nice. Kitchen could use a few more items like pot holders,dish towels and rags but otherwise we enjoyed our time. Oh yes bathtub is very slippery might need a tub mat. Host was very accommodating and let us check in a little early

I thought by the picture that it was out in the country. I was glad it was in a neighborhood. I never learned how to lock the door. So I left it open whenI went out. Had a little trouble getting the TV booted up. But, my son helped me wth it . THere was bar soap. I forgot to bring some with me. Otherwise it is in a goodlocation. Sidewalks to take long walks. A library close by. An ice cream shop close.I would stay there again.

We have stayed on this property before and the high standards are unchanged. Beautiful eating/dining/living spaces, 2 spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom-with great water pressure. The hosts respond to questions quickly and are friendly and approachable. Close to food shopping/SIU if that’s important to you, but you are in a neighborhood and not on the main drag, restful and quiet. We did not use the laundry facilities, but nice to know they were there, and a parking spot was designated right outside the door for us. Win-win! Our thanks to the hosts.

The VRBO was just what we wanted. Very clean and comfortable. Location was quiet. Parking was fine. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but it seemed to have everything you would need. We only used the dryer one time to dry swimsuits and had no issues.I think the only thing I would have liked to have is a rug by the bathtub and the bathroom sink. Very nice and we would definitely try and book it the next time we are in town. My husband enjoyed the muffins.

We couldn’t have asked for anything any bettter….it was perfect for the two of us….it’s just like the pictures and very clean….Will definitely stay again when we are in the area!
