Waking up and looking out at the ocean is 5 stars in itself! The house was upgraded enough to be perfectly comfortable. The master bedroom is downstairs and the three other bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs on the same level as the living room and kitchen. There is an upper deck off the living room and a lower deck off of the master bedroom. Both are great areas for sitting and watching the water. Easy access down to the beach, and an outdoor shower was ideal for our kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family had the best time over the Labor Day weekend! The accommodations fit our set up perfectly, with six adults and two small children (ages two and four). The front courtyard for the kids was a nice play area when they were done with beach time. The adults enjoyed both the upstairs deck, where we prepared oven fired pizzas, and the downstairs patio with the fire pit. The views from the living room/kitchen are incredible, and we were fortunate to have amazing weather. We all agreed that this will be a repeat house for us!!

Thank you for this perfect beach house. We ran down to the sand after looking out on a wall of ocean views upon arrival. Dolphins cruzed by in the morning as we sat outside on the balcony. We appreciated the two sunny days you provided as well. Thank you for beach toys, towels and chairs. It was perfect for our family of six including 2 preschoolers. The newly remodeled bathrooms were exceptionally nice and our master suite downstairs gave us grandparents a quiet spot to rest. We will be back!6666including our preschoolers.

A beautiful and relaxing place to spend quality time with the family at the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Easy beach access. An outdoor shower with warm water to rinse off the beach sand. A great place to cook and eat together. My daughter in law put a puzzle together, made homemade jelly and baked chocolate chip cookies, while my grandkids built sandcastles and boogie boarded at the beach. My adult son's enjoyed the fishing. My husband and I got to enjoy all their company during the day and head down a flight of stairs to our own separate space at night. Highly Recommend.

Great house for a family gathering in the days after Christmas! The house is well appointed and the setting on the beach is amazing. We had beautiful sunsets each night and morning walks on the beach. The town of Cayucos is charming, great coffee and restaurants and the beach is stunning. We look forward to returning!

The house worked perfectly for our family get away. The rooms worked out nicely, the view is beautiful, bathrooms were spacious and the open floor plan of the living room/kitchen area was nice to relax in. The host was very responsive and answered every question right away. Plenty of places to park and easy access - just steps away - down to the beach. Recommend for a family needing 4 bedrooms who are looking to relax, play games, and enjoy the beach!

Central Cal reminded us of her glory and why we continue to visit this beautiful part of the coast. This property is stunning - upgraded and comfortable for our entire family. We have three grown kids with spouses/significant others. The location is perfect - the access to the beach allowed us to use the ocean like it was our own backyard.
