Do you want a break from life? Come stay at our Phillippi Creek Retreat! Newly furnished 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home on the creek. Enjoy lounging by the pool or watch the fish jump from the dock. Centrally located only 10 minutes to the white sands of Siesta Beach, or to Downtown in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. One room has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second room has two Queen size beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. All newly renovated. Large open concept living area and heated saltwater pool. grill, gas fire pit, beach chairs, SUP’s, every detail covered for a spectacular get away.

Sarasota rental home was fabulous!!

This rental home was beautiful! Very clean, beautifully decorated, beds were so comfortable and the home was so quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy couch when we returned after a busy day. Would highly recommend for those needing a seasonal rental in the Sarasota/Siesta key are. Close to all the best beaches!

Absolutely Wonderful p!

If we could would give 6 stars. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with very comfy bed and pillows. Out door area amazing. Pool heated to very comfortable level and shaded lanai was great on hot afternoons. Super patio with loungers to enjoy the sun,the views of canal and attendant birds and waterfowl. Very quiet friendly area super close to beaches and shopping. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with anything you could need. Trent and Shirl were terrific communicators. Highly recommend to couples-and small families. We hope to be back👍
