There were multiple homeless people around and boarded up houses across the street. The back yard is gravel and dirt. No grass. No table. No chairs. Not a usable space at all. The house itself has a very weird set up. The room with king size bed has just enough room to fit your legs between the bed and the wall. The washer and dryer is in the middle of everything. The bedrooms are set up very weird. No closets. The location isn’t terribly inconvenient to downtown. Definitely not in a very good area though.

Cute house. Close enough to Lackland, airport and riverwalk. Worked great to have family meet there for BMT graduation. Great communications and resolution with unforeseen issues. We would stay here again.

We came to San Antonio for my son's commencement ceremony from UTSA. The house was super close to the Alamodome where the ceremony was held, and close to downtown and the riverwalk. Everything was very clean and in working order, the host was quick to respond to any and all communications. The check in and check out processes were very simple. I would stay here again.
