Steve's place was a home away from home and we felt very comfortable there. The location was perfect for everything especially for restaurants shopping and nearby golf courses, and we also enjoyed the pool area His place was spacious and offered all that we needed and more. Wonderful Area!

I stayed here with my husband and our two children. The 3 bed and 3 bath was more than enough room for our family of four! There was also a playground right across the parking lot and the most beautiful pools to swim in. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was easy. What I also loved was that we were right by the UTC Mall, where there are plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. We were also right by Benderson Park which was lovely to walk through in the mornings and evenings. Whole Foods is conveniently right up the road as well! Very, very pleased with our stay here!

La propriété est très propre et rénovée dernièrement. Elle est bien située sur le site, mais aussi dans la ville, proche des restaurants et des commerces incluant supermarché et pharmacies. Le site est très beau et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé trois mois et avons adoré notre séjour.

This condominium was in our family for many years. We recently remodeled with the intent to use if for our family but at the current time it will be made available for term rental.

What makes this property unique

Recognized for resort style living in a gated community, located near the UTC Mal. Many top rated restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues are very near by. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom condo, all on the first floor. In-unit laundry, attached 1 car garage, and beautiful preserve and lake views. This is an end unit. Quiet and serene. Minutes to the beaches of Sarasota. Enjoy 2 heated pools, hot tub, a full fitness center with 2 fitness rooms, 2 clubhouses, tennis, playground, bbq/picnic area, car wash station, and walking trails. Located near Nathan Benderson Recreational Lake Park. There is a private path from the community that leads directly to the miles of walking and biking trails. Golfing is exceptional in the area.
