* Unique Layout: This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental offers a separate 5th bedroom below the top level, complete with a full bath, kitchenette, and second living room – perfect for teens or multiple families.

* Duplex Convenience: Being half of a duplex, Pure Paradise ensures only one shared wall and a private walkway to the beach, shared only with the other side of the duplex.

* Spacious Living: The main level features a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a convenient half bath.

The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Great for families! Beach access is excellent, pool is great for kids and adults to cool off. We didn’t use downstairs unit as not all of our family members could join us. Property manager good to work with- quick communication, accessible.

Property is in a great location, just a short .25 mile walk to the Kure beach boardwalk for a coffee or a nice meal. The house has lots of space for large groups and the heated pool was wonderful in March. The house is a bit older with some recent updates but some age still showing

Overall, it was nice. It was a little high. The grill was messed up, and I had to fix it myself. The best that I could the drawer in the refrigerator was broken. The shelves are all cracked, and the door shelves are cracked so you can’t put much in it and they expect you to do a lot of cleaning and it’s not really clean when you get there and I had to rewash all of the silverware and all of the utensils to cook with food on them like eggs and mold growing on the spatula for the grill in the drawer forks and spoons still had food on them. It was gross. There was a fiesta of ants that I had to keep spraying with hot shot other than that it was good. The lights in our pool one was red and one was green and they flickered off and on the whole time, but then one pool beside us was a beautiful purple and stayed on properly. Their water was really flowing in our water with barely moving little things like that and they didn’t mention that you had to climb stairs the whole time you were there and lug all your stuff up there and it’s a lot of stairs doing it wasn’t a problem just unexpected in a heads up. Would’ve been great whenever I reached out, they responded promptly. I had no problem with that.

This house is absolutely gorgeous from the outside, the pool and beach location. And it is a great place for families who don’t care much about amenities. The main floor is beautiful with great large gathering areas. But the amenities are very cheap. The overhead lights in two bedrooms didn’t work. The paint is worn and drywall repair has been poorly done. We travel a lot and have paid much less for homes that are in much better shape. If you’re just looking for a basic beach house, this would work. We wanted something a little nicer.

Awesome location! You can’t beat the pool on the beach. We had so much fun at this property. The private beach was so nice. The host was extremely responsive. The washer was being fixed during our stay and they went out of their way to do our laundry. We had an amazing time and would stay again.

Multigenerational family getaway

Great place for a large family vacation. Efficiency in basement is perfect for older teens or young adults. Easy access to beach for all. Pool is a great alternative if you don’t feel like heading to the beach. Would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the pool was a great addition. We were able to get in it every day at some point inspite of the tropical storm. Hosts were incredibly responsive, and we had a great time.

Great location and great space

We loved being right on the beach and great space for having a mix of friends/families with the basement level. Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs. We thought it could be cleaner/smell better but overall a good place to stay.

Great Home

The house was in a great location - beachfront and a short walk to restaurants and even an arcade. It was very clean and was a great setup for a large group. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Great location and space

We had a great stay - mostly just me and my grand-dog. It had what we needed for him to enjoy himself which was key. It has a gated deck for him do casually lounge. It has a gated area around the pool and a private access to the beach. All perfect. And a nice area just down the block that’s town parking and plenty of grass to not bother someone’s yard. We loved going off season whole beach to ourselves. The place was perfect.

Fantastic beach front location!

This is a perfect, beach front location! Great layout for a family gathering, which is what we used it for. The house was clean, but it needs some cosmetic work. The managers were fantastic to work with, and we were able to check in early for an extra 100. Be aware the check out time is 10 a.m.
