The house was very clean… that’s the most important thing to me. It has a nice view of the lake from the back deck! It was peaceful and quiet. We even had a deer wonder through the property one evening! There was a great choice of comfy pillows on the beds. Temperature controls in each room was awesome to have. Checkout was super easy… just had to start dishwasher and load of towels and take trash out. The reasons we didn’t give it a 5 star was that we wished it was furnished with a few more items (kitchen supplies were pretty bare…we could have used some more cookware. The one ice tray was cracked and very difficult to get ice to come out.)There were no hand towels and the quality of the towels were very poor. There were 2 thick ones but the one I used had brown stains on it. The rest were very thin and rough and appeared older, However, they did supply good toilet paper and paper towels. There is no table to sit and eat inside… which was a bummer when it rained. Otherwise… there is a nice table out on the deck. There was no access near the house to get in and swim in the lake. Yes… it is walking distance to get to the lake, but it is all private property and had a gentleman stop us. We drove about 30 min to the dam for swimming access. Overall… it worked out well for my best friend and I on our girls’ trip!
Had a great time staying here. Property was very clean and owner was very responsive. Great views. Enjoyed having breakfast with my family on the upper deck. Will definitely be back!
Our stay was in March so it wasn’t lake season. The daffodils were blooming which was wonderful! No one else was in the neighborhood so we had quiet, relaxing deck time! The house was well kept and we enjoyed our view of the lake!
Great location, efficient and quiet mini splits, and well updated home, kitchen is great to cook meals in with no problems.
Thanks for a great weekend get away.
Very comfortable for our party of six. We spent 3 nights and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The deck was a wonderful place to dine.
This is a very comfortable house to stay in with beautiful views of Beaver Lake. Easy access with Google maps. We had family living close by and it was so convenient. Adequately furnished and we stay here again!
Check in was a breeze. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had but yet completely non intrusive for our anniversary weekend. The unit has been completely remodeled and everything worked to perfection. We would definitely stay here again.
Home was as described. We enjoyed our stay even though we were a week early for the fall leaves. Reallly enjoyed the deck with it's view. Thanks

Would absolute recommend this property. Very nice, quiet and it has everything that you need. Ice cold AC in each room that you can control separately for each persons liking. Marina is a 10 minute drive to launch your boat. Fooseball table is so fun for a little comradery between kids and adults alike.. thank you for sharing your home with us.
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Our whole family (4 kids, 2 adults) really enjoyed how much space there was and the kids really enjoyed the foosball table. I think it may help in the future to have a dining room table available for the guests to eat at. There was a coffee table on a rug but I had my kids sit on the hardwood floor just in case they spilled so it would be easier to clean. Overall though really enjoyed it, I would stay there again!
Nice fall view of the lake. No direct access though. Cottage was comfortable and pretty spacious. Hard to find in the dark. I suggest arriving during daylight hours. Google maps was off by several addresses. Drive way is steep but manageable. My family enjoyed our stay. Host was gracious and left some little snacks. We went ziplining about 35 minutes away and 30 minutes to Bentonville. Way better than than a hotel in same price range.
Stayed for a week to get away from the hussle. We wanted something secluded. This was exactly what we were looking for in our getaway. We wanted simple and clean. Our host was friendly always answering questions. The only issues was the downstairs sink would not drain. We did all but never was fixed which caused the downstairs to be stinky. However, looking at the rest of the residence I am confident the issue will be resolved. There were no kitchen sink towels or washcloths so make sure to bring your own..All and all the property was a 5 star.

Thanks for the feedback. We have addressed these issues and did a complete remodel
On the bathroom! If you are ever back in the area- give us another try!
Great view . Nice deck . The description of the house should include that the driveway is difficult to navigate with a boat /trailer . Very steep and narrow . This property is difficult to find at night due to no outside light upon arrival . Cleanliness of house was questionable. Limited supply of toilet paper . No soap provided in shower . One small hotel sized bar of soap in Barth room . No hand soap in kitchen . No notebook or information about house or area available - which would have been helpful and appreciated . Overall not horrible but will not return .
