Our stay at the SoCo Penthouse was amazing. The location is great and there is so much to do within walking distance, restaurants, shops, etc. We were there for an event outside of the city and getting around was no problem. The place itself was gorgeous, we loved all the windows and balconies and loved the speakers in both the living room and main bedroom. It has everything we needed for a long weekend stay! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Austin.

So Co Splendor

This property is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. It was the perfect place to enjoy time with our Texas cousins. Plenty of space, great location, and the secure parking was a bonus.

Great place to stay

Great condo. Great location. We felt like we were at a 5-star resort. There are some stairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay. The home was beautiful, perfect location, so many balconies! The master is on the top floor with its own sun deck and big bathroom. Our kids stayed on the main floor (age 9 and 11) and they loved having what felt like their own floor of the house. Lots of stairs, so something to consider for super young kids or those with mobility challenges. Privacy-wise, the layout is also great for two couples, as both rooms have their own dedicated full bathrooms on separate floors. The main living space is lovely and there are smart speakers all over. I wouldn't change a thing.

Mother Daughter Trip

We loved this place. The location was amazing! Having the coffee shop next door was wonderful. The beds were very comfy and had great sheets and the balconies were awesome and we ate pecans from the tree out front. I would highly recommend this place.

Great girls getaway

Host was very responsive and flexible. Great location. The place is very convenient and they’ve added everything to make it as convenient as possible. Separate bedrooms and the pull out couch allowed for plenty of sleeping space for our group.
