Hard to beat for my extended stay. Townhouse was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, amazing view from the roof deck, and walkable to everything including grocery store. Quiet neighborhood, and you feel like your in a nice treehouse with privacy.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property—it is as pictured. The views from the rooftop deck are gorgeous, and we were lucky to have great weather to enjoy it every day. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like soaps and shampoo, plenty of K-Cup pods, and basic pantry supplies. Having a reserved parking space was also a plus.The neighborhood is quiet and a bit hilly but pretty walkable, with several coffee shops, restaurants, and a convenience store nearby. The property is close enough to the downtown for easy access to attractions and sports venues, but just far enough to escape the busy city core.

This was our second stay at this home. Unit is clean, comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and amazing roof top view of Lake Union and Seattle skyline. We attended an evening show at the Paramount Theater and visited family during our stay. Host was very accommodating.

This property is a beautiful place to stay in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. The condo is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location with the views are spectacular! Access to downtown Seattle and the U district are perfect.

Wonderful stay in Eastlake!

We had a great time here for our son's UW graduation. The townhouse is beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect...close to campus and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We loved the views of Lake Union and Seattle from the roof deck! Brian was a great host and communication was excellent.

I’m writing regarding our recent stay. We paid approximately 1,700 for the weekend, and unfortunately the condition of the property was substantially below what we reasonably expected at that price point.We encountered numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues throughout the property. I’ve attached photographs documenting many of them, including:* The exterior deck has extensive peeling paint, exposed and deteriorated wood, and damaged boards.* There were loose/exposed nails on the deck, creating a significant puncture hazard, particularly for anyone walking barefoot. An injury from a contaminated nail could also create a risk of tetanus exposure.* There was a loose/broken piece of material on the stairs, adding another potential safety concern.* The bed frame was detached from the headboard and was not properly secured.* There was visible dirt, debris, and buildup around fixtures and in corners that should have been addressed during cleaning.* The rug was visibly stained and heavily worn/soiled.* There were additional areas of damaged, poorly maintained, or visibly dirty trim, doors, and walls throughout the property.Individually, some of these issues might be considered minor. Taken together, however, they gave us the impression that the property had not been adequately maintained or prepared for guests. The loose nails, deteriorated decking/stairs, and detached bed frame were particularly concerning because they went beyond cosmetic issues and creat

Great home near Lake Union

The house was great and more than enough space for 3-4 people. The rooftop balcony was a nice bonus. We will certainly stay here again the next time we're up in Seattle.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful clean townhome. Located in nice area and I found the reserved parking spot very helpful.This is a wonderful place with anything you need and more provided by the hosts. Very quiet home, enjoyed that for sure!
