Great for Families

We stayed here with four kids ranging in ages from 2-8 and it was perfect for us! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the back yard was perfect (and contained) for the kids to run around in, and the house layout worked out well. Also, close proximity to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property!

Great house in a great area

My family and I had a short stay in Franklin, but this house was amazing for the time we were there. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and other essentials and the owners were extremely easy to contact and were flexible with us. We will definitely be staying again next time we come to Franklin

Fantastic place

Beautiful house with comfortable beds and great sleeping arrangements. The bathrooms were perfect for what we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out by the fire talking and making s’mores. It was a great and safe neighborhood and the check-in/out process was super easy. Thank you for everything!

Perfect house, great host.

Perfect house for our family gathering. Host was very attentive. House was spotless. Layout provided several areas for our group to gather for games and conversation. Will definitely reserve this property again the next time we visit family in Nashville.

Wonderful Property in Franklin!

The house is even better than advertised! Very clean, comfortable space where we were able to relax with family. 5 adults stayed in the house, and 5 more came over to visit and share a meal. There was plenty of space to hang out between the large bonus room, dining room, living room, and outdoor space. If we need a place to stay in Franklin in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing property in a great locations

This home was perfect for our family of 5 (3 children ages 11 and under). The home was clean and decorated in a style we love. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of area to spread out after long travel days. The kids loved shooting hoops in the bonus room and found the playroom fun. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a grocery store and restaurants. The host, Gretchen, was lovely. She responded quickly to any questions I had and was such a gracious host. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Franklin.
