This freshly remodeled home is all about the Colorado lifestyle! Enjoy historic mountain towns, hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, fishing, local eateries, galleries, casinos, zip-lining, ATV & 4WD trails and much more all within walking distance or a short drive. The front porch is a cozy hangout for morning coffee. There is a private backyard with a patio for entertaining & evening cocktails. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. There is a nice living room, a large kitchen and mudroom for all your ski gear. Free off-street parking with overflow parking if requested. Just 20 minutes to casinos, 25 min to the metro area, 35 minutes to skiing, 1hr. to the airport and within 1.5 hours of 7 world-class ski areas.

I based my review on my previous stay at this property.A medical emergency came up for this particular stay and I was not able to make it there. The owner Peggy has always offered excellent assistance with my rentals and readily available for all of our needs. Her house is really lovely, and we look forward to renting again in the future.

This house is absolutely perfect! It’s adorable inside and out! The beds were comfortable, the living area was cozy and had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen had great appliances and was well stocked with coffee, tea, spices, etc. The location is perfect and it was easy to walk to town, the grocery, the rec center, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

House was very clean and easy walking distance to downtown Idaho Springs. Nice furnishings and property with an enclosed backyard for your dog. Rafting companies are also within walking distance, and the new bike park is closeby as is the road to Mount Blue Sky. There was just two of us, but the home would be comfortable for a small family.

Enjoyable Trip

We enjoyed our time in Idaho Springs. We visited the mine, the hot springs, the local trails, shopped in town and enjoyed a large number of local restaurants. We also attended a concert at Red Rocks. The house was perfect for my wife and I as we were able to easily walk to everything. The was immaculately clean.

Why they chose this property

Perfect location just 4 blocks to the historic downtown yet quiet when you are ready to call it a night. Parking is tight in Idaho Springs so you can park here and walk everywhere. There are multiple places to eat and drink just down the block. This home is freshly remodeled and everything is new.

What makes this property unique

There is a wonderful front porch for morning coffee and a nice patio out back for evening cocktails. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to eat in. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom.
