My group loved this house! It's close to town -- we walked as it was October and the weather was nice -- it's ski in/out. It has a ton of room. A wonderfully large kitchen and great room. The hot tub on the roof is nice and the views are amazing. There are 4 of what I would call adult suitable bedrooms with en suite baths. On the top floor there's a bunk room that sleeps 4, that has its own bathroom and then a bedroom without windows that is nice, but more for a teenager, or nanny. It's great for a big family, or several couples with kids.The rental company that manages it is first class. Their communication was frequent and clear and getting in and out was a breeze. I can't wait to go back for ski season!

Amazing place

Beautiful condo with 5 king suites and one bunk room. Top of the line everything. Amazing condo for our executive retreat.

Fabulous home!

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family vacation. It was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location was unbeatable—ski-in/ski-out and just a quick walk to downtown. Park City Rental Properties was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and made the rental process seamless.

Wonderful place

Perfect place to have everyone enjoy a great time in Park City. The kitchen and living area was a wonderful place to gather. The rooms were comfortable and gave everyone a chance to sleep well, have privacy and have their own bathrooms. Great quick walking distance from town. I loved being able to play Sonos music in the main areas. I highly recommend this amazing rental.

Great Property Great Location

This is a new property that is well maintained and equipped. It is very convenient to downtown Park City. When traveling with a large group, be aware that the property only has parking for 3 vehicles. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing. 12 of us stayed and were very comfortable. There were lots of rooms to accommodate all of us and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was great and we had a great time cooking in this kitchen. We had some small issues with the codes not working for the garage and the back door to the ski tower walk way, but were able to get in the front door easily. As a note, we did not ask the host to fix these issues while we were there. It was also a great location. Close to a store and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.
