In 2016 I traveled to Italy and fell in love with it. In 2018, i went back and began to wonder if US Citizens could own property there. I began gathering information and day dreaming. When the pandemic hit, I decided life is too short not to do this crazy thing that popped into my head. I went on a house hunting mission in Dec of 2022, found one in 5 days and put in a bid. A few months later and with my partner Bob on board....we did it!
I wanted the place to have enough room for us and my kids and grandkids, so I set it up to maximize space and comfortably sleep 8. I also enjoy cooking, so you will find the kitchen well equipped and likely to get even more equipped over time. I love my home in Italy and my neighbors, and i hope you will too!

Why they chose this property
When i chose this property to buy it was a cold and dreary Dec day. I thought if the views are this lovely during that visit, I couldn't imagine how amazing they would be in spring and summer. The hills overlook vineyards, sunflowers and even castles in the distance. Do a search of castles near this house and you will be amazed at how many there are!
