Enjoy being close to everything at this smoke-free, centrally-located, peaceful catty-corner to Sarasota’s 10 acre Gillespie Park home. Minutes to the beaches, & walk to shopping, restaurants, bay front, arts, Whole Foods, coffee shops, etc. This 3 BD/3.5 BA home includes a detached over-sized 2 car-garage, an office area, Viking appliances, wine refrigerator & natural gas range. Enjoy the covered balcony & convenient on-site fenced dog run. +30 restaurants within only 5 blocks away.

This is a smoke free home. If you are a smoker please, please do NOT smoke inside or near the entry doors.
Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.

Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.

Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pet waste. There is a water hose inside the run to help clean up after your pet as well (if needed). Greatly appreciated.

Property was very clean and well kept. It was super close to of our activities for the weekend. I would stay again in this property if we go back. The property manager had great communication with us. Overall and excellent stay!

Beautiful Sarasota Gem

Centrally located. Exceptional decor and impeccably clean. Comfortable beds, relaxing upstairs covered porch with table and chairs. Gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances. Good productive workspaces for those needing to work while out of town.

Beautiful house in a great location, but everything changed at check-in. Floors were extremely sticky, leaving visible footprints with every step. We contacted Melissa immediately. She explained they used a floor chemical that didn't require rinsing, but the floor clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. We tried staying positive for our family vacation. More issues emerged: green plastic on stairs, bent paperclip under the dining table (both dangerous for our dog), white residue in the bedroom closet we couldn't identify so avoided using. These should have been caught during inspection. The worst was the kitchen counter covered in crumbs, dust, hair, etc. After wiping it down, we were speechless and disgusted. This is where we'd prepare food. We sent photos to Melissa, but she was dismissive, called the situation "bizarre" and implied we were lying, claiming she personally inspected the house. We paid 325 for cleaning but found black hair throughout, greasy utensils, dusty mirrors, and dust on furniture. We needed to wear shoes inside, had to clean utensils, and were breathing dust everywhere. Melissa offered to send cleaners but didn't respond when we provided available times. She offered a 75 restaurant gift card, which felt insulting. We declined and requested a full cleaning fee refund since we cleaned ourselves. We're disputing the cleaning fee, but she's uncooperative. Unless Melissa improves cleaning standards and takes responsibility, we can't recommend this property.
