Steve Matiaco of Forest Hills Builders worked in the Forest Grove area and on the coast for twelve years. When he came across this property, the view was what caught his eye. He purchased the property, cleared a portion of it and carefully constructed the home where it would capture the panoramic view of Netarts Bay and the surrounding mountains. In 2013, Jim & Dawn Fazio of Moscow, Idaho, joined Steve as partners and in 2015 became its managers with family friend Greg Sands as the local representative. All love and enjoy the peaceful setting, panoramic views and nearby coastal features.

There is other information ranging from how to dig clams to who to contact under any circumstance. And enjoy walks on our private nature trail through a mature spruce and hemlock forest. Guide booklets are in the house for your use.
