This stylish 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Courchevel Condo received a full reno 2021. Relax in the hot tub & around the cozy wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing. Fully furnished with king bed, living room pull-out sofa, additional twin pullout ottoman, & large south-facing covered patio. Step out your door & choose one of 3 easy ways to the slopes: 5 min walk, Park City bus (directly in front of complex), or Deer Valley shuttle that runs continuously from parking lot directly across street. Free underground secured parking.

Perfect Pied a Terre!

This wonderfully cheerful, accessible property was safe and cozy, with easy access to public transport and terrific restaurant in the St. Regis. We felt welcomed and relaxed and enjoyed our busy stay and the Sundance festival very much.

Great condo for 2!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Perfect location near the base and perfect accommodations (fireplace, hot tub, comfortable bed, great shower). The condo had all the little things that we forgot to buy or bring as well. All in all a great place for two!

Great place to stay

Meticulously clean condo with many thoughtful touches. Newly renovated. Just lovely. Washer/dryer works very well. Well-appointed kitchen. We missed having a few extra forks as we kept running out. Terrific location, short walk to slopes, bus stop right in front.

Outstanding Property

Unit was perfect for two. Great location, short walk to Snow Park base and St. Regis. Convenient bus service to Park City, Silver Lake, etc. right outside the door. Kitchen and bath were nice and modern. Comfortable bed. Unit was well stocked with basic supplies - paper products, soaps, etc. Hot tub looks new and works perfectly. Washer dryer combo works well for small loads. Host responds promptly to any questions. We will look to book this unit again on a future trip to Deer Valley.

Top marks in Deer Valley

This condo is exceptional in so many ways. It's perfectly located within a few minutes' walk of Deer Valley's Snow Park base, or if Park City ski resort is more your style, catch the bus from outside your door and make it to the Old Town lift in about 10 minutes (buses to Main Street run every few minutes, and are free).Recently renovated, spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and well stocked, this condo exceeded all our expectations. A long list of appreciations included the very comfortable king bed, heated towel rails, lots of fluffy white towels, integrated USB ports in the bedside lamps, large fridge and stove, two coffee machines and other kitchen appliances, Dyson vac, iron and board, umbrellas, the list goes on.It was also abundantly well stocked with shower items, cleaning products, washing machine liquid, firewood, and good quality kitchen basics from olive oil to herbs (not the skanky left-over kind that you sometimes find!).And we appreciated all the special little touches like scented candles, Wi-Fi speaker to take out to the hot tub, a humidifier, spare blankets and even a shopping list and pen!Shout out to our host as well for his very prompt communication and travel advice.
