Our villa is located in Cape Coral on the canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. With its wide range of water, nature ,cultural parks as well as countless offers in the areas of sport, leisure and cuisine, every guest will find the perfect opportunity to spend their vacation to the fullest. We welcome you warmly. ***Note: Electricity will be charged separately for this property at the rate of $21.75 per night. The fee will be collected at the time of final payment and will be charged to the payment method on file.

Amazing home

I’ve rented many houses and rent my own house and you can tell this is someone’s home not just a “rental”. It’s very nicely appointed and cared for. The only complaint I’d have is that winter showed up in Florida for the few days we were there ;). And even then the hot tub was a great feature for adult and kids to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Carlsons.

Disappointing

The home is beautiful when you first see it. However when you look closer it is dirty, really dirty. The cutting boards smelled and clearly had not been cleaned. There was built up dirt in all the corners and some of fabric on the couches were stained. We had to buy dish washing soap for both the sink and dishwasher. The hot tub never worked. We contacted the owner the morning of our first day. They gave us instructions on how to work it 3 different times and tried to convince us it was working all though no one had come out. After a few back and fourths with the owner finally on the late afternoon of our last night some came to look at it and said “no it’s broken.” We are 50+ old golfers. The hot tub was one of the reasons we rented this place. The owners response and help was poor to say the least. I would not recommend this place for those reasons.

Our primary duty is to give each and every guest the vacation of a lifetime. We always reach out to each and every guest and inquire about their check-in experience and also ask about their stay in general to make sure that guest is satisfied and if not, to bring to our immediate attention any and everything that is amiss. Guest said nothing about dirty cutting board despite our follow up message asking about their stay. The Spa took a little bit to heat up to 99 degrees as configured and guest was reminded kindly to be patient as both the spa/pool systems run on timers with built-in delays. The property manager went to the house to confirm all is well. We have evidence of communication and photos showing the status of the spa and pool so this allegation is totally fallacious and unfair to our business model and brand... Mastela Vacations .
