Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property offered privacy and was surrounded by hiking trails. The interior was very clean and as promised. We especially enjoyed the pool during our summer vacation.

We are a multigenerational group with ages ranging from 3 to 74 years with young adults and teen/tweens in between. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the enormous pool, giant hot tub and the fire pit. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the hosts and very quick response! Property was private and serene. On a cloudy day we went to the movies nearby in Gloucester. The Essex River cruise was another highlight. Thank you Roxanne and Sean for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Terrific Place!

The pool is huge, the house is huge and lovely and the hot tub is great! The house is nicely furnished. The owners are easy to access when you need them and are very nice and accommodating! The location is very private.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and provided exactly the kind of getaway we were hoping for. The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable, with a gourmet cook’s kitchen that was a pleasure to use. Outside was even more spectacular. Towering trees provided complete privacy with flowers, hummingbirds and a stunning view of the pond. The enormous pool was perhaps the highlight - pristine, sparkling, chlorine-free water, a sun deck and huge umbrellas and multiple chaise lounges. Everything about this property invited us to slow down. It gave us the perfect space to relax deeply, enjoy meaningful family time and leave feeling genuinely rejuvenated! A truly beautiful and special home. Thank you to our hosts!

Pool and Hot tub were excellant, as was the house. Everything was nice and clean. Price was a bit high but it fit 10 which is hard to find in a nice place. My impression is that for a large number (10), the expectation is that it will be college students, who may or may not be as careful or neat. House, pool and hot tub were very nice, as was the lawn and all worked fine and were very private! Well, there was a problem with the pool cover, but owners were very responsive to that. Evenings (and daytimes) were very quiet (No sign or noise or visibility from any neighbors).

Great place!

It was great! The rooms and house were large, the swimming pool was large and used lots and the hot tub was wonderful. The pond was really pretty to look at, but awfully small to make use of, tho it was fun to paddle around in the paddle boat. The owners were very available and on top of things. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Private Oasis

The property is beautiful and secluded very peaceful The indoor space was great for a large family, comfortable, great gym and game room. The screen porch was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great. There was an issue with the pool heat and Roxanne responded quickly and it was fixed quickly. Thanks for a wonderful experience
