This was the perfect getaway for mine and my husbands anniversary! We will absolutely be back and hopefully have a time to bring the kids with us to go fishing. Watching the sunset by the fire pit and the sunrise on the patio were our favorite! Can’t wait to come back again!

Happy anniversary! Thanks for spending your special occasion at P&E's Riverfront! We look forward to having you visit again.
Everything was exactly as advertised. Views were great, property was well maintained. The hill down to the water is steep, but manageable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a great fishing spot.

Been to this place several times now and will continue going. So peaceful & quiet there. Our hobby is fishing and that pier is PERFECT! The small cottage is all we need, the host is efficient and the place is always clean! Thanks for having us! Teresa & Thomas

Thanks so much, Mary! We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The view can't be beat! Please contact us if you'd like to book in the future for a repeat renter discount!
It was a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as advertised. One caveat: you do have to walk down an incline to get to the water. Have a good pair of shoes for safe footing when the grass is wet or damp!Overall I would definitely book again!

Thanks for the 5 stars! We hope you'll come visit again!
We have tried to depict the hill and the property clearly in our listing, but we sure are glad to have all the area to enjoy at the bottom of the hill! We actually have plans to add some steps in the future - stay tuned...
We loved the property, the fishing was amazing. We will definitely be back. The host was amazing also. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Thanks so much for the review and the great notes you left in our Guest Book! We're glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you return for another stay in the future!
It’s a really fantastic trip. Amazing to be able to walk outside and have such a beautiful view of the river. Enjoyed being able to grill, but still have an air-conditioned bed to sleep in. It was like the ultimate glamping experience. Would absolutely return.

We think the view is pretty amazing too! Glad you enjoyed your trip. Please come again!
Host was amazing when I reached out to her for questions. The room was clean and the river was perfect to fish and kayak. We sat out in the chairs and watched the fish jump and birds fly.Not a problem with the property or host at all, but there aren't many good places to eat nearby, but a 20-30min drive out fixes that. But you can bring food to use the grill at the house!Amazing 10yr anniversary trip and we hope to come back to visit again

(Hope you found Horne's Diner for some yummy food - that's a favorite!)
Such a great, peaceful, relaxing, full of nature stay! We fished, kayaked, relaxed, caught the most beautiful sunrise of our lifetime and bonded with nature!

Amazing! The sunrises are incredible so I'm so glad you were able to enjoy. Thanks for your wonderful feedback. Please come again!
If you are looking for that perfect get away, look no further. Most suitable for couples but could accommodate younger children. The cabin and crab shack are plenty of indoor space. The many outdoor seating areas provide great options. The hill from the water is a bit of a challenge. Getting up for the sunrises while watching the fish topping the water is a must. We enjoyed a day in the kayaks, spotting eagles and osprey. We managed to get them back up the hill ….. we’re in our 60’s but stubborn. The kitchenette has just enough to manage small meals. We ate local each evening. Thanks much for sharing. We loved it.
