Relaxing Loft Apartment at Liberty Park
The 712sf loft apartment is the perfect place to relax or work! Centrally located in Jacksonville, the property is within: 15 miles to JAX airport, 2 miles to downtown and the St. John's River/water front, 3 miles to TIAA Bank Field, 5 miles to I-95, 18 miles to the beach, 1 mile to the Florida Dept of Health, 7 miles to Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens, 42 miles to St. Augustine, 142 miles to Orlando, 91 miles to Daytona Beach, 167 miles to Tallahassee, and 138 miles to Savannah GA.
The space
The staircase on the side of the house leads up to the private entrance of this spacious and light-filled apartment. The second floor is built completely independent from the building, with no shared spaces, and includes an additional twin sized bed, small kitchenette, bathroom, reading nook, and a dining table that does double duty for meals and work.
NOTE: In addition to thorough cleaning, we are using 2 UV lamps for the purpose of sterilization and disinfection.
