Famed Midcentury architect, Donald Wexler, designed this one-of-a-kind home in 1959 for the Mattel Family, paying special tribute to the American toy company’s iconic “Barbie” doll. Enjoy this 4 Bedroom - 3 Bath home with Southern & Western Exposures. This home features a large pool with spa and extensive outdoor entertaining space and is located less than 4 miles from Beautiful Downtown Palm Springs.

Built by Roy Fey in El Rancho Vista Estates, the Barbie House boasted Wexler’s famous "Capri" floorplan with a rare 4th bedroom, and its full exterior was painted a special “Barbie” pink. Today the classic “Barbie” color still accents the home’s signature concrete shadow block walls and interior spaces, and the original floorplan remains intact, just as it was sold in 1959.
