There are two separate suites. The Master Suite has a king bed, armoire, TV, and walk in closet. The bathroom has a sky light with a walk in shower.
The Guest Suite located on the opposite side of the home, has two twin beds and a large closet. The guest bath has alot of natural light from the skylight, with a pedestal sink, tub and shower.


Amenities: Bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen are fully furnished. Included are all linens & gourmet kitchen items. There is a full size washer & dryer, a landline telephone, Wifi, cable TV and nicely landscaped yard.

Activities: The owner is a member of the GVR. The Santa Rita Recreation Center is located across the street, giving access to an olympic size pool, hot tub, dance studio, gym with exercise equipment, clay studio, computer & photography labs.

There are many classes and activities offered at the eleven different recreation centers. Access to the Green Valley Recreation Association, facilities and activities available at a minimal charge to the tenant.

Adjoining "The Springs" subdivision is, The Torres Blancas Golf Course with a Club House. There is an onsite one mile exclusive hiking and biking trail. Madera Canyon & the artsy community of Tubac are a short distance away.
