What a fantastic spot for a family with kids. Pool was spacious. Slide is great. We had it heated, which made it nice. The game room is perfect. Really fun to stay with the family.

This VRBO was packed with things to do so many extra thoughtful touches for what you might need... I love it when you can unpack and enjoy versus need to go buy essentials like coffee filters, laundry soap, etc. The backyard pool and slide was probably the best we've experienced in our rental experiences. We visited in August and the pool was naturally very warm and comfortable. The home itself is older but it has been well maintained. The TV/game room was a welcome and cool way to relax at night after long days outside. We liked the location - close to Escondido for dining/shopping, but reasonable distance to San Diego, beaches, and even a day trip to Disneyland. Recommend!

Perfect family vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation!! Everything was very clean and all the various amenities were perfect for keeping our family entertained. Mo was great as well. Quick to respond to messages and attentive to all needs during our stay. Definitely would book again!!

Fun Place to stay

WOW, was the best way to describe the backyard. The property had everything you could want to entertain the kids, and adults. The pool was amazing and there was a lot of space to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. The game room with the big screen TV was also a hit. Would love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This was a great place to stay for our family of 9! It blew us away as soon as we walked in. We all just wanted to stay in the backyard all day and not even go out. So much fun, so comfortable, great for everyone. Would recommend.

Great getaway house!

We recently stayed at this house with our 2 young children and both sets of grandparents and it was perfect! We had a great time swimming and playing in the backyard and playing cards on the patio. Both the outdoor space and indoor space allowed for us to stretch out and have our own space. The hosts were awesome! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

Wonderful experience

This home was just what we had hoped! Clean, big pool and incredible yard with activities for the whole family! We loved hours in the warm pool and hot tub and the bar tv and projector made for movie and game watching fun. The host was quick and courteous in communications. Would love to stay again! It was nice that they had a lot of pool towels, comfortable lawn furniture, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils.

Heaven in Escondido

Our family ADORED this home. It was a perfect place for our family, which is scattered all over CA, to gather. There was plenty of room, it was well-appointed, and THE POOL was the highlight. The house was super kid friendly with early morning games of corn hole or badminton, and evenings around the outdoor fireplace recapping our day. As an added bonus-we loved picking the fresh lemons and pomelos to squeeze into our drinks. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Dream Vacation Home!

Stayed with multiple ages for a family wedding. Exceeded all of our expectations and I am extremely picky and travel often with VRBO. House is even better than pictured! Tasteful, modern decor, excellent linens and bedding. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well equipped with quality knives and appliances. The backyard is perfection.The owners are professional and attentive! We all joked that we wanted to buy the house and live there permanantly.

The pool was incredible!! Better than it looks in pictures. The slide was such a hit for the whole family. Poolside was great too - lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. And the rest of the backyard is amazing too. We played on the putting green, enjoyed badminton, the hot tub and the stunning fire pit. We didn’t have a need to leave the house because there was so much to do right at our fingertips. The inside was wonderful too. Very clean, comfortable, nice decor and many different spaces for the family to spread out. We loved the game room and really enjoyed evening movies on the giant projection screen. We found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen too. Communication with the hosts was great. They were always quick to respond and were very helpful and friendly. We’d definitely come back again. You won’t regret staying here.

From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by this incredible property. Every corner is beautifully designed, with décor that’s both elegant and inviting. The home is immaculately clean, thoughtfully presented, and finished to perfection. The outdoor area is simply amazing — the pool, spa, and sauna create the ultimate space to relax and unwind. Whether it was a morning dip or an evening soak under the stars, it felt like a private luxury retreat. Inside, the games room was a huge hit — perfect for fun nights in and creating great memories. Every detail has been considered to make this place truly special. It’s rare to find a property that looks even better in person than in the photos, but this one absolutely does. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t recommend it highly enough. A five-star experience in every way!

Great Stay!

Beautiful property inside and out. The backyard and the beautiful pool are the selling point but the indoors is lovely too. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable with lots to do. Weather was chilly (low 60s) so even with paying for pool heat, you can only heat to a certain temp (85). Depending on your weather it might be worth seeing if you can pay to heat a few more degrees. Also a drawback that you have to turn off the pool heat to heat the hot tub, so the hot tub gets cold if you’re heating the pool. We’d definitely stay here again, just pointing out for transparency.

Rental property was great and would stay again. If I had one complaint, it would be that everyday I was staying at property someone always showed up. Pool guy to put chemicals in pool in which case you couldn’t use pool for an hour, landscapers blowing leaves everywhere, maintenance guy taking trash out and parking diagonal in driveway making it impossible to park in driveway. I totally understand it’s part of maintaining property, but my suggestion would be to have them come early in morning to get it out of the way and VRBO customers could enjoy their stay.

Everything about this house was perfect, from the lovely decor and amazing amenities to the truly resort style back yard. Our family absolutely loved every minute of that pool! What a fantastic vacation rental. The host was amazing and communicative and the house had everything we could possibly need to cook, BBQ and have a great time. Will definitely look to come back to this place next time we're in town.
