Colleen was wonderful to rent from. Everything about this amazing property was just as advertised. Well appointed, clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing. Colleen was great with communication. We felt well cared during our stay here. Would definitely stay again!

We did try the BBQ, it was a total failer. Either it was left on so it was out of propane or there was some critter living in it. We got our bad marks from a BBQ that we thought would be nice to have over there, We do have a Weber that uses brequets that we are going to move over and see if that will works for our guests visits.

This house was the perfect base for exploring Capitol Reef. It was decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. The views were great. I would definitely stay here again and record it to anyone!

Wonderful Place to Stay

The felt like a home I wished we had. It was so comfortable and the little extras, treats, just made it more wonderful. The location is nice, away from the highway with a view of the mountains. Tops our list of places to stay.

This was the best VRBO place I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular with wonderful outside porch. The inside was immaculate, wonderfully decorated. Homemade touch with Banana bread & wonderful coffee/tea choices. Can highly recommend - you would be lucky to get this house

My family stays in many VRBO's and this was possibly the best. The views from the living room and porch were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the personal artwork, coffee, and homemade banana bread. The bathrooms were clean and very luxurious. Outstanding hosts as well.
