About this property

YAY! You're here! Simply a cottage getaway 3 miles to the soft sands and soothing sounds of Holden Beach. The Peachy Beach Cottage is also pet friendly so bring your best friend. There is a $50 pet fee that covers the whole stay. The cleaners do enhanced cleaning when a pet visits.

Also please keep your pets on the property only. The Peachy Beach Cottage is located behind our home so we may be out tending plants.
*Most friendly pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee collected for the cleaning ladies. Breed and size restrictions.
**The room is set up in a two single bed setup however you are welcome to push the beds together if you want a king bed setting. The cleaners will separate them when you check out.
*** we are in a rural setting and the internet/Wi-Fi isn’t the best. We have Wi-Fi however if you need to make video calls like Zoom you may want to bring a hotspot. We also are in a wetlands area so you may see a palmetto bug. We do not spray chemicals in the cottage because we are pet friendly. We use a gel in out of reach areas. ****Holden Beach Paid parking is enforced April 1 - October 31 in all Holden Beach designated parking areas, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily, with free parking before and after that time. Make sure you park in the areas with parking signs. There is a $50.00 if not :(

THE BEST!

There are not enough stars to rate how PERFECT the Little Peachy Beach Cottage is. Fran went above and beyond and treated my pups Gia & Rosie like her own. They DID NOT want to leave, and truthfully...neither did I. Thank you again Fran for making this my best trip yet to NC.

Cozy

The small "mother-in-law" suite had everything I needed for my three day stay. Was clean and cozy. Private, easy parking, close to the beach. I hope I can stay here again next year.

Fran and Dave's Cottage

Fran is a great host, very kind, personable and professional. The cottage is clean, updated and minutes from Holden Beach and a grocery store. It was very convenient to be able to let our dog roam in the fenced back yard. Fran readily addressed questions and requests. Great place for two people to stay close to the beach.
