A great place to stay! Really nice tiny home with everything we needed and a great view! The porch was awesome and the swinging chairs and the fire pit were both enjoyable! I do think it’s important to note that the porch is shared between this and two other properties and the swings for example are basically right outside the door of another property. That said, there was nobody in the other properties while we were there so it didn’t bother us at all! We got a lot of use out of it. Loved how accessible the spot was to downtown blowing rock as well!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. Brian was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The sunrise was incredible.
There was no cooktop or AC in bedroom. The shared deck didn’t look like pictures and when a whole family was in the next unit, there was no privacy on it. Could only stream on TV. Location was OK but couldn’t walk to Blowing Rick.
We enjoyed our stay! This is a quaint “tiny home” perfect if you’re on the go during the day and need a place to rest at night. Easy check-in and check-out.
We had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Loved the outdoor deck and fire pit! Great views!
The tiny cabin was wonderful! Beautiful views and very convenient to both Blowing Rock and Boone. Brian was very communicative and made the whole process seamless. It was the perfect getaway. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I rented this property for my soon to be son in-law and my daughter since they never been on a vacation by themselves, let me tell you I when I asked them about their stay they said we will be going back there in the future. The owner was polite and very communicative. The property was amazing and the view was phenomenal!!!
A small but very practical and cosy little cabin. We had nice walks including down to the pond, straight from our door. We used the bed and sofa bed and cooked in the kitchen each day. When we were missing a few items Brian was very helpful in getting us what we needed. Communication was friendly, clear and usually very responsive. The road is visible through the trees in winter and you can hear it, but otherwise the views are good and the deck was lovely to sit out on, even in the rain. Cosy and warm in the winter. It was an ideal retreat. Thank you Brian and a special shout out to Amanda, the cleaner who was a gem.
We enjoyed our stay at the tiny cabin! Brian and his wife were very kind and helpful. The cabin is the perfect size for a couple or with a young kid. It was newly renovated and everything was very clean and functional. Bed was comfortable and there was a big Roku tv which is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need as well. The only thing I would suggest is including an info sheet with how things work and maybe some recommendations for things to do in the area! It’s good to note that the bigger cabin where the deck is located is pretty close to the house (which I didn’t realize when booking) so I could see it being a little awkward if another bigger group is there using everything outside (mostly in summer). It would be a good idea for bigger families to book both cabins to stay! Although I saw some bigger cabins for cheaper, I think higher price can be justified since the location is perfect, minutes from downtown Blowing Rock, and view is amazing.
We stayed in the tiny house on the property and were amazed by the proximity of the house to everything we wanted to do in Blowing Rock and Boone! Unfortunately, it rained most of the weekend that we were there, so we only got to enjoy the gorgeous views the morning that we were heading out. We did get to sit in one of the egg chairs and drink coffee while watching the sunrise, which was absolutely beautiful. There was another group staying in the big house while we were there, so we would've shared the outdoor hang out space with the view had the weather been nice. The tiny house was adorable and very cutely decorated, and was stocked with everything we needed. For tall people like us, it might be worthwhile to know that the queen bed and the futon both have foot boards so it is hard to hang your feet off the end. We still slept pretty well though because the temperature was perfect, cool enough air for us with great blanket options!

Warning!!! Privacy Concern
There is an abnormal amount of surveillance cameras at this property. The scenery is nice, but hard to enjoy when you are being watched. We kept our blinds closed as some of the cameras could view inside our cabin. There was 4 or 5 recording the common area outdoors. We noticed red lights coming on the cameras indicating they were being used. We messaged the owner prior to our review to ask why so many cameras, but received no response. I do not like being watched or having my children watched. Creepy.
We had such a great time on our little get away. The host was super helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thanks so much Brian.
My husband, son, and I stayed here for one night. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and was stocked with all we needed. The owner was quick to respond to our questions, which we appreciated. The view was lovely from the shared porch (shared with the neighboring home).
