This property was wonderful! The home is clean, spacious, cozy and very clean! Our family was going through something very difficult and it was the perfect place for us to rest up and relax! The beds are very comfortable and it was so quiet. Our dog loved running around the spacious back yard!

This house is a home!

Our trip to Kansas was a very complicated one to say the least! I normally deal with a lot of home sickness when we leave state or stay somewhere. As soon as we walked in the house I was able to actually sit down and breath and relax. My youngest son while walking around said “this place just feels like home doesn’t it mom!”. Easy communication with the host and has everything you need, including comfy beds!

If you are looking for a house with lots of space with no frills, this would fit the bill. It probably would be perfect for a bunch of college kids looking for basic accommodations to hangout for a few days or rent while attending school. We loved the expansive garage, which was very convenient. What was disappointing was the backyard that was overgrown with grass (more like weeds) and a fence that had seen better days....some sections had gaps and there were unanchored panels just lying against other sections. We were unable to let our two dogs roam freely in the backyard, due to the fence concerns. Overall, the house itself was ok and the neighborhood seemed nice. I'm probably biased, but in my opinion it needs a woman's touch or updating to make more homey.....
