We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive to a warm unit, have difficulty reaching us, and then encounter multiple maintenance issues. This is certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We are especially sorry that you felt you had to repeatedly reach out without receiving a response. We take your concerns about the AC, toilet seat, outlets, lighting, and odor very seriously and will be addressing each of these items with our maintenance and cleaning teams. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly, hear more about what happened, and make this right. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, they already have been resolved, and again, we sincerely apologize for letting you down.
