My only negative is sleeper sofa can't really be slept on because spring under mattress is broken or missing at foot of bed so probably can't sleep 8 as advertised.

Awsome

The condo was excellent, very clean and nicely decorated. The only thing was that there were a couple chairs on the balcony that were broken but other than that was perfect and location awsome we get there and didn't used our truck until we left. You get everything you need right there. Definitely will rent again...

Not clean

The rental itself is located in a perfect area. The rental was not clean. The master bedrooms linen had been slept on causing us to have to wash. The bath linen also had a wet smell even after washing.

Spring Break

The room was immaculate! The door lock was hard to unlock at times. Sometimes it would take us about 5 times of putting in the door code before the lock would turn. Batteries may be going out. The property, however, was not as clean as the actual room. There was food and trash all over the walkway every day. However, we enjoyed our stay!

Least favorite stay

Our room wasn’t fully cleaned when arriving. WiFi wouldn’t work, bracelets never worked anywhere. The elevators were a nightmare between the waits and some not working. Employees were rude. We go to the beach a couple times a year and never have had such issues as we did this time. Will not book again through this condo

Hi Brooke, Thank you for taking the time and sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear that the unit was not fully cleaned upon your arrival - I see that you did send us a note that there was something left in the freezer and we offered to send the cleaning crew back, but you declined. The WiFI is provided by the HOA and as we mentioned, you can use any network you see in the building. Possibly they were having an issue with it for part of your trip ... Thank you again for leaving us a review and our appologizies for the hiccups, however small they were...

Clean and Spacious but short of some necessaries.

Unit was lacking enough towels, toilet tissue, and paper towel; towel racket broken; only one tiny bar of soap, sleeper sofa was dirty, sagging and very uncomfortable; coffee maker broken and no pot; had small broom but no dust pan; manager/owner didn’t return call on first day with questions about TV. Despite inconveniences, kids enjoyed the beach and pools.

Pissed

This property was very misleading. I was assuming we had the view of the pool being as the picture was along with the others. There was pubic hair in the master bedroom shower. The queen size bedroom headboard wasn’t tightened to the bed, so that was shaking. The furniture is outdated as well. The air conditioner worked great! I was very disappointed and unsatisfied! Never again!!!
