We really enjoyed our stay! Short 10-12 min walk to the beach and a lot of convenient amenities in the building (like carts for your bags!). We will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

This is a nice, clean, spacious condo with a great view of the marsh. Our family had a great time and loved that the place is within walking distance of town and the beach. The view of the marsh from the screened porch is beautiful.

As requested, a response. Please note that I will direct this only to you.This 20 years old complex with small pool  is located on a busy road 1 mile from the busy pier and town. Parking fees apply in town and at beaches.The beach, pier, and local restaurants were great.  The complex is approximately 45 minutes from the airport. This unit is showing some expected wear, but is a desirable corner unit, close to the elevator, with beautiful Sunsets. Covered parking for 2 cars.The following were the additional issues/items that are suggested to be addressed, repaired, serviced or replaced:Windows, patio,  and doors need cleaning to appreciate the view. Wash the floors.Kitchen garbage disposal inoperableSlow/clogged drains in Kitchen and Spare  Bedroom BathJetted tub motor seems worn/ extremely loud and not working properlySmall TV's with no instructions/guides for the 4 different remotes. Didn't realize that some misc. manuals,  games, alarms clocks, etc. were stored in draws,/cabinets until we were leaving.No recycle containerNo single pod/Keurig coffee maker. as was stated to be thereCouldn't tell if smoke alarms were operable.Apparently, early check in was not available.Hope this helps.Bob

So nice!

Great location, easy walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets on the lovely screened in porch. It was clean and we were able to check in an hour early. Thank you for a lovely visit, we will be back!

Lovely place

The condo is clean a d so easy to access. The patio seating does need some repair from weather and wear, but still comfortable and the sunsets are gorgeous. We walked to town and had a nice breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend staying here.Ina M

Great place for our family

We really enjoyed the close proximity to Folly Beach. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was cleaned and the company had it ready 2 hours before check in - which we really appreciated. Would definitely return.

Great place

April vaca

Good location, beautiful beach (beach pass would help) good space in condo, quiet, a pair of oven mitts in the kitchen would be helpful for removing things from oven and maybe a second dish towel. All in all it worked quite well for our stay.

Very nice place

Place was really nice. Wasn't prepared for the TV in the great room area ..had to use Roku and we dont have an account..Wasn't on the booking, we are old school i guess.Jacuzzi tub made a loud pitch noise when we tried to use it ..but other than that was a very nice place .would definitely stay there again.

A few problems! Because of sulphur water in the pipes we had to move from 2A to 2C.Both units have porch doors that don't lock.2C jets tub doesn't work and it was full of thick dust.No laundry detergent available. Everything else was fine. Next time we'll see about renting a different unit. We previously stayed in 2O.

The location was great the condo was clean the living room area needs improvement no comfort chairs the couch was old and one end of recliner did not work . There are no chairs in the bedrooms. I know it’s not your fault but king tide and heavy rain for two days. Would stay here again if you change the couch and put comfy chairs in living room.

Nice place. Need to replace the living room couch . It was broke, felt dirty& we sank in it. Outside porch furniture was also not able to sit on. The dishwasher was not usable because it’s so old you couldn’t shut the door. The bathroom washcloths were so thin you could see thru them. Parking was good under cover & convenient to elevator. Carts were also helpful.
