Guest Access:
Your own entrance and private porch offer a serene welcome to our cozy retreat. Relax in the secluded backyard, yours to enjoy in peace. Be advised that the top unit is also rented out, so please be courteous to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Discover the charm of our main-level condo nestled in the heart of Downtown. Just a short stroll—only 4 blocks away—takes you to the vibrant Tejon St, home to Colorado Springs' finest bars and restaurants. Alternatively, venture 4 blocks in the opposite direction to find the serene Memorial Park.

Getting Around:
Just minutes to I-25, CC, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, USAFA, UCCS so traveling by car most of the time, but enjoy walking or taking one of the scooters you find around downtown for your adventures!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved)
