Clean, quiet, beautiful scenery. The view of Diamond head is awesome from the deck. There is also a quiet comfortable garden area to read or watch surfers, the waves and ships roll by. The room is equipped with items to make your stay comfortable. The owner has thought of everything. I like this place so much better than the chaos and noise of the city area of Waikiki.

From the moment I booked this property I knew it was the absolute right choice. With all the pre arrival messages to the host and their extremely rapid responses to the smooth check-in, i would have to recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the diamond head area. Parking was a little difficult at times, but if you don't want to walk a short distance there is a ton of meter paid parking available. The room is small, but we were only there to sleep, shower and eat so it was plenty spacious for our needs. We even got to meet the owner of the property as we checked out and he was such a pleasant person to chat with. When we return it has already been determined that I will rent this property again. This room worked great for 3 people. It was clean and had everything we needed plus some. I was so grateful for the beach chairs and boogie boards. I didn’t love the location, the area felt a little dirty and at times we had a hard time finding parking. I loved it was right on the ocean I just wish there would have been beach access right at the property. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great stay, host and directions were clear. Perfect location out of Waikiki but close enough to walk. Great little nearby beaches, parking was easy to navigate just across the street. Lovely balcony views of Diamondhead and sunset views from the common waterfront area.

The unit is in the best part of Waikiki - terrific location for beautiful walks (Kapiolani park, Diamond head) and easy access to the bustling parts of Waikiki if that's your thing, Kapahulu restaurants and Kaimuki food. The unit was incredibly well stocked for a studio and was very comfortable. And the Marella folks' communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Chose the property for the location and it did not disappoint. Close enough to everything but in the quiet end of things. Friendly guests would hang out with us on the patio or garden. Owner and property managers were terrific. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for us!

Just my adult child and I, so bed and sofa bed worked perfectly. We were walking distance to all we wanted (so didn't need parking). Unit was exactly as listed - clean, well equipped and nice patio view of Diamond Head.

Location, location, location

The salient feature for us is location. Perfect spot to enjoy the park, beaches & shopping is a ten minute walk. Keith is a super host, thank you! We will come and stay again.

Great stay!

The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There were treats greeting us, as well as water, which was very welcoming. It is in a great location that is easily walkable to Waikiki. The pictures are accurate and we had a very enjoyable stay. Despite spending most of our visit outside of the condo, it was a welcoming reprieve when we got back each night! We highly recommend this VRBO and we hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Room was spacious and clean!! Easy check-in and check-out!!Air conditioning was fast and cold. The room was very welcoming. Complimentary snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were extra sheets and blankets available in the room. If you forgot anything, just look around and they might have it available for you! Overall, I would definitely stay here again as it was good quality for the price and in a great location!

First visit to Hawaii

This is basically a nice hotel room with a great little balcony overlooking the park and Diamond Head. Good value. A bit noisy from the road but the air is so nice hard to close the windows.

The room was well equipped. We used the hot plate several times and it worked great! The room even had some extra items like sunscreen and bug spray which we appreciated! The elevator did break a few days in, but we were there in the middle of a crazy storm and heard lots of elevators in other buildings were breaking also. The bed was pretty comfortable and the window ac unit kept the room cool. The hosts were great at checking in and seeing how things were going, but we did struggle a bit figuring out how to check in, as the instructions were hard to find on the app. We liked that it was close enough to walk to the beach and there is a little convenience store that was close by. Did not notice a lot of road noise and it was pretty quiet at night which was nice. We were able to find parking pretty easily across the street. Overall a great place and we would come back! Thanks!

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. The views are pretty cool. Was worried about parking but was generally able to find free parking in the evenings. Hard to find during the day. I chose this play to get away from the Waikiki crowd. Location was more low key and relaxing.

This rental was a true gem!! We loved the location and the apartment was just perfect for us. I thought parking may be a problem, but it totally wasn't! Free parking right across the street by Kapiolani park from 6 pm-10 am. Then it is cheap hourly meter parking from 10am-6 pm. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the lanai with great views of Diamond Head- can't wait to return!

We would definitely stay in this unit again. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the beautiful fountain, and public park across the street, and watching the activity of joggers and walkers, and the wonderful view of Diamond Head. The Unit was clean and had a lot of extras, (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small coolers, beach mat) We also enjoyed the coffee! If you’re an Elk’s member, the beautiful Waikiki Elk’s Club is a couple of buildings down the street and has good and reasonably priced food and drinks. While there is no swimming beach at the hotel, the ocean side common area patio is lovely. We walked a few blocks to the public beach and enjoyed our days swimming, reading, relaxing, and people watching.

Clean, easy check-in

The room was clean and the check-in was easy. There is an exceptional view of Diamond Head from the balcony. The front desk advised us where to park the mopeds we rented and we received parking tickets for following those instructions... The only other thing that was less than perfect is the bed mattress should be replaced...

Another great stay

This was our third stay at this property and our favorite so far. The unit was very well-equipped with everything we could need! We thoroughly enjoyed starting our day on the lanai with coffee overlooking the park listening to the birds and watching the sun come up over Diamondhead. The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated having a couch and table and chairs to expand our living space. The snacks and drinks were very welcome, too! We will be back!

location and unit were great. Clean etc..The pre check in instructions/communication/requirements from Marbella Lane Mgmt were ridiculous.Selfies with my credit card, selfies with my drivers license. very inconvenient. I had to reach out and wait for a return phone call for check in instructions.

Good value and location

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights. We liked being out of Waikiki but still within a 15 minute walk. This rental is a good value. We had our own lanai overlooking a park with a fountain and a great view of Diamond Head. The grounds behind the hotel are right on the ocean and we sat and watched the sunset there a couple of nights. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment that was provided. Communication was fast and easy. There is also free street parking starting about a block away which was very convenient when we had our rental car for part of the trip. Hope to stay here again.

Perfect for two

This is a cozy little apartment. Location is great at the far end of Waikiki away from the hustle and bustle. It is at the parkside of the building and there is a small patio/lanai overlooking Dillingham fountain. The common area on the oceanside is very nice but limited in prime seating if the building is full. Building is older and not fancy but adequate. Kitchen is a mini-fridge and microwave/toaster oven. Overall perfect if you are not a prima donna.

Beautiful stay

We loved this sweet condo. We had everything we needed and more. The host was super responsive and made our stay amazing. The ocean breeze was great and the view of Dimond Head was stunning! The Waikiki beach was about a 10 min walk and just far enough away for peace but close enough to play. Although there are a lot of homeless in Waikiki, this condo is away from that problem. The park is beautiful and we felt super safe and at home. No homeless people at the park. Parking wasn’t an issue. There was plenty of free parking at the park. Overall it was an amazing place! We are thankful!
