Large 2 bed/2 bath condo with beautiful ocean view from living room, dining area, and private balcony. Queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a brand new sofabed. Heated pool, cable/wifi, high def television, 2 assigned parking spots, washer/dryer in unit, and a fully stocked kitchen. The SeaWatch is right on the beach, away from the crowds, and a close, easy walk (0.3 mi/5 min) to the Pier and amusements. If you want to be close to the action of Old Orchard but enjoy quiet nights, the Seawatch is the perfect place for you! Sorry, no animals or smoking allowed, building policy.

Needs some good updates

We started going to OOB and stay Seawatch several years ago and have been staying at Seawatch many times. We love the location and beautiful view from the condo, however, we see the condo needs some updates, and no renovations or updates since we started coming. Each unit is different, but the old-style kitchen appliances, bathroom, water/hot water- they need good updates. Also a good cleaning of the patio and windows will change the comfiness of the stay.
