Looking for a private, gated estate with amazing ocean views? This property is an elegant private estate with panoramic ocean views. Floor to ceiling picture windows offer spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands from the spacious kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The home is on 3.5 extremely private acres; you will feel you have gotten away from it all.

The property is located in the Braemar Ranch neighborhood between Hendry's Beach and Hope Ranch.
The property is landscaped with a mix of natives, fruit trees, succulents, French lavender and roses. Enjoy picking avocados, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit and persimmons. Relax in the swimming pool or the Jacuzzi while viewing the ocean and feeling the cool salty breeze. There are spacious areas for children to play. The long private driveway leads to a private auto court.

The two story 5,000 sq. ft. house features high ceilings and large windows throughout. The first floor includes three large bedrooms with views, three bathrooms, laundry room, den, large living room/great room, dining room area, and large eat-in gourmet cook's kitchen.

The second floor is comprised of a large primary suite with dressing area, bathroom with large shower, separate Jacuzzi tub (both with ocean views), fireplace, and a large private deck for watching sunsets.

Enjoy relaxing on the various outdoor patios. There is a gas Weber barbeque for cooking and a gas firepit to sit around as the evening cools down.

Memorable Santa Barbara Vacation

Our family of four enjoyed a week of perfect Santa Barbara vacation at this beautiful home. The home is spacious, tastefully decorated and offers an unparalleled full ocean view. The kitchen and family room are spacious, warm and inviting with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent a lot of time outside on the beautifully decorated porch/deck with spectacular views of the Chanel Islands and surrounded by lush gardens. The well designed BBQ area outside the kitchen was very practical and everyone loved the outdoor meals with fresh squeezed lemonade made from lemons from the yard. A big hit amongst all was the beautifully and large pool. The master bedroom on the second floor with the unique and private balcony was a treat and we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from there. Our kids loved their individual bedrooms with private baths and plenty of room to keep busy. The location of the home is ideal being close to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara. Our morning walks along the beach followed by brunch at the Boathouse, was one of our preferred activity. We highly recommend this gorgeous home to anyone and look forward to be back!

Paradise!

We had the pleasure of renting this home for a week in May. The pictures definitely don't show just how gorgeous the home and grounds are!! The home is both elegant and inviting. There were 3 couples plus our mom and we had plenty of room to spread out, and great spaces for everyone to gather as well. While relaxing on the patio we enjoyed a beautiful view of the garden, pool and the ocean! The kitchen is large and well stocked and the view from all the windows is awesome! There are lots of places to walk or jog, but be prepared for a steep walk back up to the house (a great workout)! The owners were very helpful and provided lots of info about local restaurants, shopping and activities. This was absolutely the perfect place to relax with our family and we hope to return next year. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing view and serene and spacious house -- a WONDERFUL vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful property in March, 2011. When we arrived, we were warmly met by the very gracious owner and her little dog. My family was delighted to find a VERY clean, well-maintained, sunny home. The house is on a generous piece of property -- so my children had plenty of room to play outside. The photos on the website really don't even do this lovely home justice. It was a pleasure staying here - comfortable beds, a very helpful owner & a beautiful garden full of fruit trees and lovely flowering plants. We would highly recommend this home to friends who are looking for a luxurious family vacation spot in Santa Barbara!

Fantastic vacation rental! Best in the region.

After a thorough look at Santa Barbara and Montecito vacation properties, we decided on this house......we stayed 1 week....absolutely ideal...totally amazing. Location is perfect....1 minute away to the best local beach in Santa Barbara (Hendry's Beach). Beautiful neighborhood and fantastic expansive ocean view, with a excellent heated pool and jacuzzi, and wonderful lawn and patio furniture, bedrooms, everything. We had 2 Siblings with their families join us and we stayed very comfortably in this 4+ bedroom house, which was very thoughtfully arranged in every way for our stay. We know Santa Barbara very well (native town to my wife) and were even more impressed with the property and arrangements than the photos can reveal. The Hosts were very understanding and quick to make everything perfect for us.....wonderful people to rent from. I am giving a 100% recommendation to this one.....it's the quality of the Four Seasons Biltmore, but more room, private, better views and pool.....really ideal for any group.
