The condo was better than I had hoped for. Everything was there to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is amazing. It was super clean, big and the water temperature was so nice. The dock and beach area are also bonus.

Everything needed

Super convenient to my work and places to eat. Everything I needed for the stay was available. All appliances were in working order. Bed was comfortable. Gladly would stay again. Wish I had more time to enjoy the views and the water.

Nice condo

The condo was a great size for 2 couples with each having their own bedroom and bathroom. There is a large heated pool and a small sand area by the river. We chose this location because we have family close by. Our only complaint is that it is the building closet to the highway and it was very loud even during the night at times.

Pool area is excellent. The condo overall was okay. Bathtub doesn’t work and cleaning wasn’t great. Moldy coffee grounds had been left behind and bathrooms were not properly cleaned before arrival—bug carcasses left behind around toilet areas.

Clean, cool place with super friendly residents!

This place was awesome! The condo was very modern, clean and in perfect working order. Definitely a place I'd love to live in. All the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. This place is also in a pretty quiet area except for the highway of course. Just a short drive to the grocery stores, restaurants and liquor stores. However the Bean Depot restaurant across the street is pretty good and unique. There's just more options 5 or so miles down the road. The Twisted Fork and the Asian fusion restaurants are really good also.

Another time.

The condo was not clean. The owners, were quick to respond, but there was not much that could be done at the time we arrived. The sound level from the local highway was also more noisier than we anticipated.

As I told you when you first reached out I dispatched another cleaning crew to take care of any issue you had with the cleanliness of our unit. Your response was you did not want the cleaners to enter. I responded to you promptly to address the issues you had. I asked for you to send pictures of the dirty areas but you did not have anything to show us.

Very clean, easy to get to.

Our condo was beautifully decorated. The floor plan was really nice. I really loved the enclosed balcony, it was great. The pool was a good size, only 5.5' deep on the deep end. Having a private dock to walk on or fish was nice as well as the small sandy area by the water. There is a restaurant across the highway called the Bean Depot which has good food, and entertainment. You onlty sit outside. It's not much to look at, but it was enjoyable. The one thing that we didn't like was that there is nothing around there, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. You have to drive a ways to get to anything.

Disappointed

At first everything was wonderful until the management company and the owner of the unit had a discrepancy about fees that had went unpaid. We were told by the management company that because of this unresolved issue we were not allowed to use any of the amenities on the grounds. Pool, fishing pier etc! The owner denied any wrong doing on her part and arranged for us to stay in another unit. We had to pack up and move everything to the new unit in order to use the amenities. Due to the inconvenience the owner promised to send a partial refund which we never received. When I questioned her about when we would receive the refund she told me I was being nasty!
