The home was amazing. Beautiful views at each window. Very clean and very nice decor. Great cooking kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and clean and nicely appointed bathrooms. Great location quiet but close to great trails, entertainment and restaurants.

Nathan was a great host, he was quick to respond to my requests and accommodating. The home is in excellent condition, very warm and comfortable. Great views all around the home. Appliances, electronics all in great condition.

Cave Creek Golf Trip

Can't Beat The Sunset

If you're looking for fabulous sunsets, vista views and peace and quiet, this is the home for you. The home is beautifully appointed and close to Cave Creek for shopping and sightseeing. The upstairs deck is a great place to hang out and just take in the view. The large kitchen can accommodate a quite a family gathering. We really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best locations

Amazing location, amazing deck, we sat out every am and evening.. overlooks cave creek. If I could keep this place for myself I would… We will definitely be back. For my fellow sports car enthusiasts.. this is not the road or driveway for you… we had a lift kit on our vette so we got in, but it still touched. Not issue for an suv. Overall 10 out of 10.

Nice but not clean

The house Was very nice, beautiful views and a great location. However, it was not clean. The sunroom patio doors looked like someone wiped them with a dirty rag. All of the windows were really dirty. The outside of every toilet and around it was not cleaned, hairs along the baseboard of the bathrooms. Went to plug in my phone and there were Cobwebs and dead bugs behind the night stands. Something was wrong with the hot water heater and it would only get slightly warm water out of the one bathroom closest to the laundry room. This was a huge inconvenience. I understand things like that happen and the property manager tried to do something about it, but I would expect the house to be clean.

Sorry again for the issues. The plumber did end up adding a 2nd water valve to the hot water heater to better control the water temperature. Also, like I mentioned previously I did have a replacement cleaner when the regular cleaner had a death in the family. I apologize for it not being up to top standard. It's the first issue in the past year after 40 five-star reviews. Thanks, Nathan
