Cute no-frills cabin, perfect for a warm weather getaway

We were cozy and comfortable during our stay at this cabin. It was clean, quaint and well located for our weekend exploring Assateague.

A lovely stay!

We found everything just as it was described - clean, cheery and well stocked. Our only confusion was the coffee maker - we expected a drip type but found the Keurig to our disappointment. A minor point, but maybe that should be stated.

Relaxing quiet location.

Cute cabin

Cute cabin with easy access to the island's downtown and the wildlife refuge via car or bike. Small, but cozy and clean. The owner was very helpful with reservation issues (caused by my own carelessness).

Cute Cottage in Chincoteague

Photos were very accurate and even let us know what equipment we should bring, for our own personal comfort. The place is cozy aka small and very well organized. We could bike everywhere on Chincoteague and Assateague nature reserve from this location. We enjoyed our stay here. We brought a small folding table for porch dining and an electric hotplate. Kitchen has everything else, and we prepared and ate all our meals here.

No stove, no place to hang clothes, no linens, bed 32" from kitchen counter, very, very, small, not worth the price. If this shack measures 14' X14' , then I would say it was big. Worst place we ever booked from VRBO. We did not stay there. We went to the Fairfield Marriott.

Great Place!

What a great place to spend the weekend. We got there late and left the dome light on in the car. Texted Dylan for help and he came right over to give us a jump. Pretty cool if you ask me. Otherwise, I would of had to wait 2 to 4 hours for Roadside assistance to come. He saved the weekend since we were only going to be there for 2 days.

A wonderful little place!! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. Communication with the hosts was very quick and easy. Perfect place for my husband and me. Love eating out, but with a little planning (we brought some basic food items, a Dash egg maker, hot pot, and griddle/panini maker) we were able to eat in as well. Be aware that the refrigerator is quite small. My husband loved the shower. Love the screened in porch too. The only thing I would recommend is a better mattress, but so happy we chose the Cozy Little Cottage for our stay!

True to it's na.e it was very cozy. It was smaller than expected but still nice. It is more like glamping as there is no stove and the refrigerator is small. That was on me as I did not pay attention. Overall very nice stay. My only complaint is the bed is terribly uncomfortable. It could use an update. I woke up everyday with a back ache,but maybe that's because I'm getting up there in age. Located in a great location where it is close to everything. Overall it was a good experience.

The cottage is as described. There is no stove but it truly didn’t matter. Bed is very compfy. Shower is clean and hot. Quit neighborhood. The screened in porch is the best! Coffee and reading in the rockers. The cottage is close to everything !Thank you Don. We loved our stay.

Awesome little cottage

We stay at bnbs almost exclusively. This was one of our favorite stays. I have no idea why this place has any negative reviews. The pics are there for all to see. It is a small cottage with an attached bathroom. There is plenty of space for a single or couple. It is located in a peaceful settings along the trolley route. We enjoyed this stay so much we would love a repeat stay. I wish we had planned to stay longer.
